    Ray didn't give up!

    I wasn't expecting to call Ray but one day one of my cameras just quit. He spent LOTS of time troubleshooting and trying to minimize cost to me but the camera was kaput (likely from a power surge). Ray returned the next day to re-install and get it all going again. He was very patient and through to ensure all was connected and working properly. Ray remains a very trustworthy and reliable service provider.

    Security Camera Installation

    Ray is an amazing guy and knows his stuff. His history in the industry was very impressive and he is a very confident, and competent person in this field. He reassured me and answered all my questions and took care of my concerns right away. Installation and setup was every smooth and he guided me throughout the entire process. Amazing. Took away all the stress and questions I had about the entire process.

    Camera installation

    My experience with Total Security has been amazing. I had Ray install cameras in two of my houses which were done very professionally which I really like about him. He came on time and got to installing the devices. They work like a charm and I have had no issues. If you need someone reliable and professionally install security system in your house, Ray is the one you want to contact. Thank you Ray for always accommodating and doing a superb job in my home.

    Awesome service

    Ray installed security system, cameras and automation system at our home in 2017. Service has never been an issue and Ray always there for any questions/concerns. Happy to recommend Total Security

    Security System Setup

    I contacted Ray after evaluating several security companies and I was not disappointed at all. Ray came and installed all the equipment in cold weather and has always been available for any troubleshooting or to answer any questions. Very patient and professional. I'm happy to recommend Ray to anyone looking for a dedicated security system.

    Security Cameras

    We needed a security camera solution. Total Security was one of the companies we contacted. Ray came by and gave us a recommendation and cost estimates. After a few iterations, we agreed on a plan and price, and he came the following week for the installation, which took the better part of 3 days. Ray did the work himself, and was both thorough and careful. Were very pleased with the results. Ray has been in touch to confirm were familiar with the functions, and has been available for a couple questions we had. Thank you Ray & Total Security!

    Alarm system servicing,repairs

    Small renovation, had to remove/reinstall/relocate some alarm equipment

    Had some new doors installed and needed Rays services to remove, reinstall and relocate some alarm equipment. It was easy to book Ray to be there at the same time as the other installers. He was prompt, quick and left everything in better working order. There is never any doubt when I need Ray / Total Security for any of my alarm needs. His prices are also very reasonable.
