front Door and Side light
I was the lucky winner of this draw for remembrance day 2023 in which you could nominate a veteran to win a new door. Lucky me i was nominated and won the new front door. The lovely gentleman who came to for my consultation was very informative and helped me to choose the perfect new front door, I was very pleased to se i could choose a custom colour from the colour selection. Throughout the fabrication time of my new door they were great at keeping my updated with the progress. Then finally installation day and the 2 gentlemen that did the instal were very professional and had a great attention to detail. Needless to say I am very pleased with the new door Thank You

Dining room replacement
I thought the fellows who installed the window were awesome, so polite and they got it done fast and perfectly. Very happy with the end result.

Full House Window Replacement
Excellent company with exceptional customer service and quality products. We are very happy with our windows and the process involved in order to get and our windows installed.

Process was quite smooth. Happy with the project. I am most likely going to be using them for any future projects.

Back door replacement
Installer was competent and courteous. Product is great. Follow-up by manager was appreciated. All objectives were met and exceeded.

I will never recommend
I had 7 windows installed October 2023. Issues started within the first few months with condensation and frost on the interior corners. Green Fox advised me that this is "normal" due to live plants in the house. When I pushed back they did a service a call at which time the service manager agreed that there were issues and had them reordered. The last service call was November 13, 2024. This morning I woke up to condensation on the window which I had to wipe off. I do not recommend GreenFox.

Window Replacement
Working with GreenFox I found them to be very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. We had 6 windows and 1 exterior door installed and 3 of the 6 items were completed incorrectly. Two of the windows were ordered significantly smaller than we requested and we were told the solution was for us to pay over $3000 out of pocket to correct their error. Our front exterior door was also attempted to be installed on the back door and we had to stop them mid tear down to correct it. After two visits our front door still does not latch properly and constantly blows open.
