I will never recommend
I had 7 windows installed October 2023. Issues started within the first few months with condensation and frost on the interior corners. Green Fox advised me that this is "normal" due to live plants in the house. When I pushed back they did a service a call at which time the service manager agreed that there were issues and had them reordered. The last service call was November 13, 2024. This morning I woke up to condensation on the window which I had to wipe off. I do not recommend GreenFox.

Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. We had 6 windows and 1 exterior door installed and 3 of the 6 items were completed incorrectly. Two of the windows were ordered significantly smaller than we requested and we were told the solution was for us to pay over $3000 out of pocket to correct their error. Our front exterior door was also attempted to be installed on the back door and we had to stop them mid tear down to correct it. After two visits our front door still does not latch properly and constantly blows open.

This is my experience with Green Fox, I really hope that you have a different one.
So at the end of the day I have no idea if the windows I ordered are what I got, the interior finish is very poor and I have no confidence that this company can do any better than this.
