We are very pleased with the quoting, purchase and installation of our new Dayside Windows. Pat was very patient as we worked through what kind of windows to purchase. He was present on the installation days too; overseeing the work that was being done. The installers were very good at their work and very tidy as well.

After installing windows I found that a number of them leaked through the seams around the brickmolds. Suspected a defective product or quality control issue and wanted to simply find a solution. After contacting Steve multiple time and going into the store multiple times I still have not heard a peep back from anyone. First reported July 28th 2018. Nov 3rd still waiting. Caroline and Luke who supposedly should be contacting me simply don't seem to care. Don't risk rotting out your walls buy from somewhere else.

James was great in helping me select window style color. He has helped us with past projects such as our front door. James is an asset to Dayside in so many ways, not just a knowledgable sales rep but was hands on during installation. The Dayside staff is always professional and courteous and respectful of the property during installation. Tidy and meticulous work,

Half of our house had new Windows and the other half were so old they were stuck shut. The clarity of the new Windows is fantastic and we love how our upper floor now stays the temperature we want it to be! Fast work and professional intallation.

It has been a year now that we have had Dayside windows installed. We have zero complaints of the performance of our windows. The installers were very professional in the handling of the project. I could tell that they enjoyed each others company, which obviously made the job go that much smoother. John was a good leader, and when there was a glitch, he was very quick to resolve the problem. A fine job by everyone.

Replaced 36 windows and installed alum/vinyl siding to replaced rotten wood at front. Received a number of quotes for the work. Decided on Dayside. They were not the cheapest, but was competitive. They were very professional and informative in terms about explaining the options, the benefits, etc. It was not a hard sell. Pat the sales rep old us to get other quotes for comparison and also to visit their showroom. We did do a site visit and was impressed with their product offering. The windows were ready ahead of schedule. The actual installation took almost 3 days. Installation team was very professional and certainly was very detail in their work. It always the little things that matter. They did a great job cleaning up. They even clean the eves in some areas. After the job was completed and we signed off, we decided the new siding work to replace the rotten wood needed a redesign. There was no issue with the workmanship, we just decided to change the look. To our delight, they came back and remove the siding and installed new siding based on our desired look at no cost to us. Great service.

My husband and I checked out two other window companies before choosing Dayside. Our reasoning: we liked the combination of quality windows and reasonable pricing, and the genuine and trustworthy personality of the representative we worked with, Pat. Pat's friendly, knowledgeable and takes an interest in his customers, which makes it easy to work with him. When Pat came over to see our windows, he clearly outlined what our options were: different types of windows (e.g. sliders, casement), different options for the glass, options for R value, etc. He made recommendations based on the windows' location and explained why (e.g. he didn't recommend a casement window over the sink as it's difficult to reach past the sink to crank the window open). He was able to quickly provide us with quotes when we came by the warehouse to test out the windows in person, making it possible for us to familiarize ourselves with the products and the exact cost of the different options we wanted to explore. When our windows were ready, Pat was able to schedule installation for us very quickly (within half a week) and was on site to offer guidance and updates as the crew installed all the windows. They were in and out of the house in 7-8 hours. We love our new windows and it was a great experience all around!

Very happy with our new windows from Dayside. From 1st meeting with Pat last spring at the Home Show to the amazing install crew last month everyone was very professional and courteous.The installers worked like a well oiled machine and were very efficient Leaving The work area very clean and tidy. wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dayside to anyone looking the have new windows installed.

Installation was fantastic. Very nice and professional. The only problem was the salesperson would not return emails. It was usually a couple days before replies or none at all. I even called the office a few times and no one would return calls.
