Sales was very helpful and explained everything well. It took a little while to get the door made but when it came and was installed, it was great. They did have to come back to drill a hole for the screen door that they needed to put back on, but it was easy enough and they were happy to do it. Overall a very nice experience for us. If I need any future work done, I will definitely give them a call.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. They were early, clean, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied with the quality of the windows installed. Will definitely will use them again

There were a few bumps in the road with communication with the start of our process but it was worked out and we were guided in a great direction to a new entry door that we absolutely love. Communication after the work has also had a couple of hiccups that we are still waiting on response from a week ago. Not sure if the company us understaffed, waiting a follow up on site about a couple of issues that I am sure will be resolved in a timely fashion

We had a couple quotes and Dayside got our business because the sales rep came out immediately and had our quote to us right away. We were told the doors would be installed in approx. 3-4 weeks. We waited longer than that. So the day the guys finally come to install our 2 doors, they did not fit! They were a couple inches too short! We were not happy! We were then told that it would take another 2 weeks to get new ones! My husband called to state how unhappy we were so they rushed 2 doors and we had them installed within a few days. The guys who came to install the doors spent well over 8 hours to install them as they ran into issues with the framing. Now that the doors are installed, we have to contact Dayside as the one door is not flush at the bottom. It gaps a bit. A lot of money spent so we want them perfect!

Had all brand new windows installed in our house in Brantford shortly after moving in. The service provided by Luke from the beginning was outstanding. The installers were very polite and clean and did an amazing job. Our only issue was the lack of follow up by the company regarding out satisfaction. The sales rep and informed us he would be by, or call us once the job was done to ensure we were satisfied, this never happened. A day after the install was complete we received a call from the office asking for payment, and was quite pushy for us to pay that day, again without any questions of our level of satisfaction. Overall, we would use Dayside, and we would recommend Dayside to anyone having windows install, just do not expect any follow up afterwards.

Had multiple windows replaced. Very happy with the sales rep and install teams as they were very professional. I noticed this spring that my bathroom window on my second floor cracked on the inside of the exterior pane. i took pictures and sent an email to the head office but got no response. I had to get my sales rep to intervene. When i did get a response i was told it would cost me almost $400 to replace as it had been just over the year glass warranty. The cheap builders grade window lasted 14 years without any cracks. The brand new higher quality window broke outside a year and its my responsibility. Is it just me or should a new window last more than 1.5 years?

Very pleased with the level of service from the purchase through to the installation. Installation crew were professional and left my home as clean as it was when they arrived. My new windows have exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Dayside Windows and Doors to my friends and neighbors.

I have a 100 Yr. old house and wanted new windows to look the same as the originals. They custom built 6 windows that look great. They made a huge difference in the coziness of the room. Some issues with fumes from the foam and caulking on installation, would have been better to have them put in in the summer. They were very helpful in making suggestions.
