We had several reps from other companies come to our home to provide a quote. Information and quotes varied. We decided to purchase our windows and entry door from Dayside. Pat was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job of educating us on making this big purchase. He invited us to the showroom and review the window option with us. The install went very smoothly and the installers were very meticulous! I would certainly recommend Dayside for both price and service.

The Dayside team are A1. Mike always responded very quickly to any inquiries and the installers-John and his team of merry men were meticulous and friendly. The windows are beautiful. I will be sure to use them when the rest of our windows and doors need replacing.

I needed windows replaced because the builder-grade windows was extremely drafty. Dayside was referred to me from a friend. The project manager Pat was knowledgeable about the products and maintained great communication with us. I ordered the windows in the fall and he told us that the expected installation will be in March, which is fine with me as I didn't need the windows in a hurry. Quotation was detailed and professional. The installation team led by Leszek was extremely courteous and kept the disruption and mess to a minimum. I am delighted with my new windows and would recommend Dayside to my family and friends.

James was our project manager and Lezeck was our lead installer. Very happy with the pricing, communication process, and installation. Lezeck and his team were able to complete the job in a day (a snowy day too!). And the windows look great now! No more breeze coming through our old wood windows. We were also applying for the Union Gas rebate program and needed the Energy Star compliance certificate. James was able to send us that within a day of our post reno energy audit. (If you're applying for the rebate, remember to ask before your 2nd audit to save time). We've referred 1 friend and will happily refer others. Thanks guys!

Hank and the team were great. They were friendly and courteous and did a great job installing new windows and a backdoor. The windows we replaced were very old and they were able to work around any issues that come with an older home. Very happy with how everything turned out.

Worst ever they don't call they give you the run around. I ordered windows in aug I got no call to say they would be late every time I called Steve had a different answer I didn't get my windows till oct. I had a second order of windows place for $5000 which again were late no phone call and again Steve had a different reason every time I call 2 months later I got my windows I also ordered a door in oct which was to be 6 weeks Steve again had a reason why it was late and never called once I got my door in feb.

They were efficient and professional Pleasant to deal with. I was offered a variety of choices to choose from. Instruction were given about the window.I will definitely use them again when I need to install new glass doors in my sun room .

Dayside did a beautiful job on my doors & windows. What I liked about the service: 1) The product manager James gave me frank answers to my questions and concerns. The quote he provided me was very clear, professional and no ambiguity. He also made good suggestions to what type door may suit my need. 2) The installation team was punctual, friendly. They were thoughtful about minimizing the dirt caused by the installation. They cleaned out all the garbage before they left.

Excellent experience from the initial phone call to the finished installation. I have a house built in 1870 and I didn't want the exterior finish to compromise the look of my old farm house. The project manager and installer walked me through what was going to happen during the renovation and the timeline expected to complete the job. The installers understood what I needed the finished product to look like and always had open communication as to what was happening during the renovations. With the house being so old there was a minor hiccup in the timeline but nothing to get excited about. There was no evidence, inside or outside, that an extensive renovation took place and the finished product is fantastic. Thank you to everyone from Dayside.

After comprehensive research and obtaining estimates from Ontario's leading window companies we entrusted Dayside for the custom design and installation of our new front door and window. As this project would no doubt critically impact our efforts to strategically enhance the curb appeal of our home, this choice was of the utmost importance to us. Though the front door's custom requirements presented many challenges, both it and the front window were successfully installed and look absolutely outstanding and continue to generate many compliments from our neighbours and several citizens travelling through our community. Thanks to the professionalism and customer focused efforts of their key Salesperson Luke M. to oversee this project from its beginning to its final end with the highly skilled Jason H., we have decided to invest in Dayside for the custom design and installation of our numerous lower level windows and doors. Dayside are neither the cheapest or fastest of windows & doors professionals, but as in life, the best things never are.
