I went into York Taps at the Leslie location and was helped by Maz. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, and he spent a fair bit of time answering my questions and researching products for me that were not carried in the store. He negotiated with me some of the extras I added in, and also picked up the delivery costs for separate deliveries since one item will not be available for a few months. Great service and very reasonable prices compared to other places I`ve been.

I purchased 3 toilets and 3 shower faucets from York Taps after seeing their attractive prices in their Kijiji ads. The showroom was nice and the only sales person working there that day was okay. However, 2 days later when I tried to return the shower faucets, I was told that it was Final Sale. There was never any mention that the faucets were non-refundable. In fact, the company's website explicitly says that a full refund will be given within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and provided that the product is not removed from original packaging. I hadn't even opened the box that I wanted to return, but the Manager/Owner (Moe) flat out refused to make any accommodations. I am very disappointed that this company is so short-sighted with my business. I have to purchase 3 bathroom vanities, 3 shower stalls, 3 sink faucets and 2 kitchen sinks and you can bet that I won't be coming here again!

I had a flood and sourced out vanities online. I read some reviews, which reviews are tricky cause there's always two sides to a story and humans can be biased. Anyhow, I went to York Taps on Weston and was assisted by Shadi. ..GREATTTTTTTTT help and another male who gave advice even to the point of discouraging me from buying a more expensive toilet...I was unsure so I went back two days later and another gentlemen was on the phone, acknowledged me and offered assistance. NONE of the sales people were pushy and they offered other options and even discouraging me from buying just because of brand. They gave cosmetic suggestions and were helpful, went to some other stores that I would swear I had no money in hand to spend.....(clears throat).
