    Roof repair

    This is the 2nd time I’ve used Ultimate Home Services to repair my roof. As always Jason is quick to respond and all the work is completed professionally with attention to detail. I’ll be looking at getting my entire roof replaced next summer and will definitely be using Jason and his team! Thank you UHS!!

    Roof repair

    Called Jason as he was recommended on our neighbourhood app. Jason came to our home as scheduled and checked out the issue on our roof in 20 minutes. He very professionally explained the issue that the leak was all caused by our skylight not being sealed proper anymore due to the sealant peeling and degrading over the years. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to fix the issue right then. Very professional in all aspects of his service. I would not think twice about using him or recommending him.

    Roof and Gutter replacement

    Jason and his crew/staff made things extremely easy on us while completing our roofing and gutter project. The customer service and workmanship were top notch. In an industry full of broken promises and dishonest selling we were lucky to have Ultimate Home Services take care of us, we received everything we were promised. It is evident they take pride in the work and service they provides. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work to be done on their home. Thank you Jason!!

    Leaky roof

    I found Jason very professional and reliable. When i called him he came promptly to fix my roof as he knew it was urgent. I can see he is very knowledgeable and gave me some good tips. I would recommend him any time

    Roof Repair

    I recently purchased a new home and needed some roof repair done so I called Ultimate Home Services as they have helped me with issues in the past. I received quick response and service to repair the issue at an extremely reasonable price. Ultimate Home Services are the best in the business and I would never use anyone else!

    replace roof

    was happy from the quote until completion of the job. hard working, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. the clean up was also very important to them as well. Would be happy to recommend them to any one.

    Roof Replacement

    First met Jason when he responded to repair wind damage to our roof which was a very complicated high pitch custom built estate home. We had contacted HomeStars to find a reputable roofer and left our urgent contact info for 3 different companies with high ratings. Jason responded immediately on a weekend and agreed to come same day to fix our roof. We were so impressed with the job he did and with his work ethic and personality we decided we would have him quote on the entire roof replacement along with 2 other highly recommended companies. After interviewing all 3 contractors we concluded Jason was the right choice, he was determined to get this job and do it perfectly as he was hungry and had something to prove with respect to his companies abilities. Normally I would not feel compelled to write a testimonial especially after being let down so many times by trades, however my wife and I were so impressed with this young man and his crew I feel we owe it to reward people when they demonstrate such manifest dedication to doing it right! Bravo Jason you lived up to my every expectation and then some I truly know you will be very successful in your business and life.

    Eavestrough and downspouts installed and replaced

    Very responsive administrator. Friendly and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed quote. They removed and disposed of existing material. Extensive and thorough clean up. Replaced damaged eavestrough with exact color match to extend all the way to the corner of roof. They used thick aluminum eavestrough, hidden heavy duty bracket and Installed with zinc plated galvanized screws. Where possible they reused and reattached existing downspout. They also extended to add two upper downspouts on the front of the home into lower eavestroughs to prevent water damage on top of the garage roof. I recommend Jason and Adam and would use their services again.

    Eavestrough and aluminum flashing

    have used Jason a couple of times has not let me down, Jason and his guys do a great job I recommended him to a couple of friends a they are very happy with his work just wish i knew him before i had my house shingled

    Roof fix up

    Recent wind storm ripped several shingles off my roof at home, exposing the wood underneath. I needed this repaired ASAP before any rain got in. Jason and his team were quick and efficient with their work. Matched the shingles perfectly too. Great job! This is the second time I have used Jason and his team for repairs. Original roof was done poorly 12 years ago by someone else. Wish it was Jason back then. Thanks again for coming out so quick!!
