Jason, the owner of Ultimate Home Services, and his crew replaced our roof in July, 2022. He came with very strong endorsements and went on to greatly exceed all expectations. He is very personable, honest and knowledgeable about roofs. The work was done quickly, neatly and professionally. Excellent (GAF 40 year) shingles were used and the roof looks great. Ultimate home services also helped to get a window unstuck and remove an old basketball net. On top of this, the price was really good. This is somebody you should trust to do your roof! I highly recommend Ultimate Home Services.

After meeting & receiving quotes from several people, we picked Jason. Not the least expensive and not the most expensive. But the value, product and he provided was excellent. Jason was always responsive & helpful. In fact, I recommended Jason to a relative, he got a couple quotes and went with Jason. Great job Jason. My wife and I are very satisfied. And so is my relative. Thanks again.

Jason was fast and efficient at repairing our roof due to wind damage and missing shingles. He took before and after photos and matched up the colour very well. Polite and friendly; we would definitely hire him back.

Very professional and great service! I am truly grateful to Jason for taking time out of his busy schedule to help me out. He repaired the leak in the roof and it only took two visits to finish. I have been looking for a professional roofing service to check my house shingle and flat roof for a while. Surprisingly, I came across only one company that specialized on both shingle and flat roof--Ultimate Home Services. I came to know Jason and his crew when they were working on my neighbor's roof. Jason is a true professional with a great work ethic and down to earth. When I called Jason, I had a leaking roof. He showed up in an hour, temporarily fixed the roof without charging me anything. I haven’t even had any contract with him. When I gave him the business, the work started at an agreed time. I should mention I was so happy with his professionalism that I gave him installation of new and replacing old eaves-through too. He supervised every step of the work with care. The work was delivered exactly as we agreed upon. He even managed to save me some money when he was changing the flat roof. Cost wise, the quote was higher than other companies but not out of range. I asked for two quotes at the beginning, one for a shingle roof and one for a flat roof to be able to compare with other quotes from other companies (no one gave me a quote for flat roof). The cost was slightly higher than other companies, but it was worth every penny as I received professional service from a great crew, and I got what I asked for. In the old house of mine, I hired a company with a lower quote to change the shingle roof. The company that I hired cut corners left and right to make up the cost, and I wasn’t happy with the service at all. With Jason and his crew, I will give them business again without even shopping around--not for the current house though as it is under warranty for many years to come. LOL.

Jason recently replaced my entire roof. He made it a positive experience start to finish. He was responsive and accommodating, with a competitive price. He took the time to walk through all the options and did not try to upsell. When some follow-up work was required, he came by without hesitation and addressed everything. I would certainly recommend!

This is 4th time that either myself or member of my family has used Ultimate Home Services. Each time it has been a pleasure working with Jason. He communicate clearly on what going to be required to complete the job at fair price. Will be using Ultimate Home Service again.

Jason and his team did an excellent job replacing all the shingles on the roof of a house I recently purchased. He was incredibly easy to deal with, always responsive and his prices are very reasonable. He managed to complete the job in 1 day and went above and beyond with his services. At the end of the job, the roof had sufficient ventilation and looked amazing!
