    Re-shingled roof

    Jason and his crew showed up when he said they would completed the roof and cleaned up all debris. The only way you could tell they were here was there was new shingles on the roof. Great job.

    Patchwork after a storm

    Professional, honest, and pleasure to deal with. Jason is all that. Him and his team did a quick patchwork on a number of shingles after a storm. Price was fair, and there were no surprises. Jason gets five stars for: - calling to apologize for running 15min late. - covering up a hole where birds lived for free and refusing to take any money for it - just being very normal, with zero hint of upsell. When I asked him how much would it be for a full roof replacement, he said it was a bit too late in the season, but he'd be happy to come back next year. I'll most certainly be calling him back. Thanks again!

    Wind damage

    Wind damage forced me to call for service. Jason at Ultimate Home services was friendly, professional and efficient. We are happy with the work completed & referred him to neighbours.

    Roof Replacement

    Very satisfied with the product quality, workmanship and customer service. When looking around for quotes I also researched roofing material and noted that the quote from Ultimate Home Service was for a #1 rated product. When the job was done, Jason took a video of the roof so that we could see the finished job without have to climb up onto the roof.

    Roofing and Siding

    I asked Jason for a quote on a small siding job on my house, and while here check on my roofing as I had seen some shingle pieces on the ground. Turned out the roofing was in such bad shape that he recommended covering it with a tarp immediately until he could schedule me in for a full replacement. The price he gave for both the roofing and siding was lower than expected, and he would cover with tarp at no charge. The work performed, along with the prompt communication, was all first class.

    Leaky roof

    We are so lucky and happy to have crossed paths with Jason. We had been troubled with a leak for a year. Three professionals had come to investigate and no one could identify the problem. Jason took on the project as a personal challenge. He refused to be defeated and ultimately (pun intended) discovered and fixed the leak. Jason was always professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. We couldn't be more satisfied, happy and dry. Thank you!!!

    Roofing replacement

    Jason is a nice and professional guy. Last evening I found a few of the shingles missing on my roof, I called him and he came 8:00 am this morning before snow and fixed it. I love his job very much. This is the second time he help me out. Jason helped my next door neighbor also with his excellent skill. Thanks Jason. Edward

    Missing shingle

    I called a few companies as a shingle was out of place and Jason was by far the most helpful over the phone. He was very professional and spent the time to inspect my roof in addition to fixing the missing shingle. We had shingles fixed before with another roofing company, and apparently they just glued the broken shingle back which would still allow water to seep through. Jason noticed this, and repaired it for us as well. He took a video on the roof explaining why it was poor workmanship, and a picture of when it fixed. Given it was a small/quick job he even lowered the price. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely have him back to do any future work on our roof. Thank you!!

    SIMPLY AMAZING

    Read the reviews. I did and they were the 1st and only roofing company I called. The woman who answered the phone was more than pleasant and that's a good 1st impression. The quote seemed reasonable, in fact less than I anticipated. All the components of replacement were explained in complete detail and the product quality was rated number one. All my vents were changed to better performing ones, the small (unexpected hole in the wood) was replaced immediately. The roof was replaced on time and cleaned up impeccable. There was any debris and not even 1 nail left behind. The crew was large, very friendly and polite. I am more than thrilled with my roof replacement from beginning to end.     Roof installed gutter guards, cleaning of gutters and sealing.

    The customer service was beyond amazing. They were prompt in responding to your inquiries and was never pushy on getting the business. The service for my home was completed by Adam, the only word I have to say is WOW. Adam was on time, professional, polite and such a hard worker. He was very effective and effective and did an awesome job. I would certainly recommend this company to my families and friends. And would certainly use them again should there be a need.
