Excel are a really great company. I was really happy with my new roof and how it was done, and then they did my neighbours house. They ended up breaking a stone on my sidewalk and offered me $100.00 as a result without me even asking. I couldn't possibly take that amount and told them $50.00 instead which is still far more than it will take to repair the job. Alex is #1.

Job was done in time just as promised, roof looks really nice. Unlike some other contractors Excel Building & Roofing did start and complete the job in one shot, without breaks and gaps, fast and accurate, no debris left, no garbage.

Alex and his staff replaced my roof last week, and I am very satisfied with their work. From price negotiation, contract signing, to the actual work being completed, these guys showed great professionalism. They worked in the evening till the job done to avoid the forecasted rain, and they listened and addressed my concerns right away. Overall, great guys and professional work!

I hired them to do my roof for me. In terms of quality work, the roof seems okay. So far it’s been good. The only thing was that after the job was done the crew didn’t get all the nails left in the evastrought,and after winter I had to clean them up myself. I would say the price was pretty fair and they were good overall.
