Overall I think Alex’s crew did a good job on my roof. It took a little more time to finish than what I was told, but their work was good. I highly recommend them. In fact, I’ve mentioned Alex to some of my neighbours, and they decided to use him too.

As far as I can tell these guys did a good job putting on a new roof. Seems like quality workmanship. The work was started a day late — they had to push back the timing because of another project — but that didn’t cause any problems for me. All in all, the prices were good, Alex was super nice and I was very happy with everything. Would highly recommend to others.

These guys did my roof and I’m pretty happy with the job they did. They were very professional, clean and had awesome pricing. The owner, Alex, came by every day during the project and he was great. I have recommending this company to a lot of my friends.

Their team was really easy do deal with and very courteous. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew was great, listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns, took the time to explain issues I didn't understand, and rectified unexpected issues found on the site once the roof was removed. They took the time to do a proper installation of the water and ice membrane, vents, and the asphalt shingles. Finally, they cleaned up very well! The price was very fair and they didn't add-on unnecessary extra costs. The price was as we agreed - no surprises! I am happy with my purchase!

These guys were so fast and so good. I talked to a few of the workers who replaced my roof and they were all nice people. No problems. They did a great job and I’m very happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just had my roof replacement done. The estimator was friendly and informative (he is definitely in the right line of work!) They were easy to get a hold of, quick to quote and quick to schedule. I have been needing to get my roof done so I am pleased it was able to be done so quickly. The guys worked hard, were professional, polite and cleaned up well. They were in and out in one day. Very happy with the work.

We hired excel building to renovate the bathroom in our new home. We had numerous contractors come and give quotes. We chose excel building based on their professionalism, design ideas and low cost. We gave them a very tough deadline to finish the job and they met it without any issues. We are very happy with their work and attention to detail in our new bathroom. They were very friendly and were very thorough with their clean up after the job was finished. We will be looking to hire excel building & roofing again to replace the roof of our new home.
