I stopped by Windowrama and talked with Paul. He went over all of the possible windows and described the differences to me. He then offered to come out to the house and take measurements and pull together some pricing. There was no high pressure sales tactics going on, just helpful information and the facts as he knew them. We talked with a number of different companies and contractors over the next month or so. We had some interesting experiences. Some good and most not so good. We kept going back to the Windowrama and another company because of the quality of the window, professionalism of Windowrama, and the pricing. My wife made numerous changes to style, colours, etc. Requested numerous colour samples and stopped by their place a number of times. The staff and Paul were extremely helpful the whole time without ever being pushy or inconvenienced. When we finally made our decision, 6 weeks after initial contact, Paul and Andrew came to our home and redid all measurements. Andrew was very helpful. He suggested a couple of changes that fit the look we were looking for in our sunroom and also saved us money! They were very thorough and professional. We then put a deposit down and the windows were ordered. 6 week to install we were told. I received a call from the installer about 4 weeks later and they were able to begin later that week. They showed up when they said they would and we gave them access to our home over the next 3 days. There was about 4 to 5 workers there at a time. They were as neat and clean as they could be. They installed the windows, insulated with foam, and trimmed out the windows beautifully. Above all expectations we could have had. In the sun room they removed old wood framing and set the new windows back to the original brick sills. The wood framing along the sides were replaced which border stone columns. The pieces had to be cut to conform to the stone columns which took meticulous cutting and sizing. The carpentry work that was done was exceptional. They then had it finished with mortar along brick and stone. Andrew came through upon completion and saw that our rear door frame was not perfect. He ordered a new door for that opening. Our experience with Windowrama was exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with their staff. A special thanks to Sergey, Andrew, and the install team.

I received an estimate from WindowRama. I was very pleased as this was the lowest estimate I received by a company that has a very high review rating. Within one week from the date of the estimate I was given a date for installation. The installers arrived on time and worked steady until all five casement windows were installed. They cleaned up the mess very well. I was so pleased with their quality of workmanship and the product itself that I recommended this company to a close friend who had seven windows installed. I highly recommend this company!

Their salesman Paul came to the house and couldn't have been nicer. he explained how their windows work and why they are so effective at keeping the indoor temperature the way we want it to be. the installers began on the date promised and finished when promised. we changed one window to a frosted window and called before they started the installation. they said no problem. the frosted window did not arrive. they promised it would be ready the next day (the second day of installation) and it was there. There was no extra charge to us. we received a phone call at the end of the first day to make sure we were happy. at the end of the second (last) day they showed us how to operate the windows clearly and well. they asked if there was any other questions we had. We are delighted with the windows, the employees and the service we have received from Windowrama.

We had hired WindowRama to replace 3 windows and to cutout a brand new window. Although we had already had a quote from a different company, which was slightly less that one from WindowRama ( whose quote was still very reasonable), we’ve decided to go with them because we really liked the work that one of the installers – Roman, did on other sites, his masonry skills are excellent. And we were not wrong in deciding to go with them. There were two crews working on our project, oddly enough lead installers on each crew are called Roman, both crews were very efficient, professional and friendly. Large window that was installed in our bedroom seemed to take almost no time, Roman made sure that we were happy with the final product, he had capping done in the exact colour that I have indicated a week earlier, the quality of work was excellent and the site was left clean. The other Roman installed 3 windows, one of which was a full cut-out, the other a partial cut-out and the third installation involved brick work – to make an enclosure smaller. What can I say, the work done is exquisite, and you can’t tell the difference in original brick work and the one done by him. All windows look great and we are very happy with them. There were just a couple of small hiccups, one of our windows was lost by the head office, so Roman had to order a new one and he had to come back two days later to install it, and we are still waiting for our frosted lower halves to make their way to us (right now we’ve got clear ones in the bathroom), but I’m confident this will be replaced soon enough, that’s why I’m not lowering my rating. Overall we are very happy with the windows and installations and we will definitely give WindowRama a call when we are ready to replace the remaining 4 windows.

Our first consultation was in December . We scheduled online and it was confirmed within 24 hours. The consultant arrived on time. He explained exactly what we would be getting, what the process was, and even how long we had to cancel our order before the windows went into production and were being custom-made. The windows were finished within two weeks, exactly on schedule. We took an additional two weeks to schedule because of the holidays - the delay was not the fault of the provider. When we were able to schedule, we were given an appointment time within one week of the day we called, and offered one within four days! We took the later one because it was more convenient to us, but again we were offered a time very close to when we called. The workmen arrived around 9 AM. I pointed them at the work areas and then stayed out of the way. I had a few questions about the damaged flashing on one of the windows and was assured again that they would be completely replaced. All the work was done thoroughly and they were finished within three hours, including cleaning up and vaccuming all debris. The work areas were left completely clean. I went outside and inspected the worrisome flashing and it had been completely replaced and sealed. The windows which had been leaking leak no more!This will definitely be the provider we use again. The pricing was reasonable, everything was very well explained, and we had zero problems with thorough communication and quick replies, a very important part of service for me.

My husband and I were very happy with the job and the respectfulness, neatness and general demeanor of the men who did the job. They were on time, very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone and feel comfortable doing so.

The estimate was an excellent price. I told them I wouldn't be available for them to be installed for 4 months. No problem for them. They gave me samples when asked for and a list of addresses for windows installed so I could see quality of work. The team of workers came on time, were extraordinary in their installation. It hardly looks like I even need to touch up the frame. They cleaned up completely and took all the old windows away. I had received a price from a competitor for over 40% higher who had an excellent installation reputation, so I was concerned about unsightly caulking etc. However, I am so glad to have gone to WindowRama. This installation team went above and beyond. They even capped an area that wasn't in the contract with the left over material.Also, I love these windows. So easy to clean!!!

I wish every subcontractor we are using to renovate our home was this good. The window package is one of the highest dollar amount we are spending with any company, so it has been extremely reassuring to feel that we are in such good hands. Paul handled everything with us personally -- we were never passed off to a junior employee. He was clear and responsive in his communication with us, and when every window was delivered , it was hardly a surprise that every single unit was in perfect shape, with no damage whatsoever. Our neighbors spent as much as we did (with a different company) and many of their units came off the truck damaged, and it's been months to get them repaired or replaced. I am so glad we made the choice to work with Windowrama, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a high quality window .

They were really easy to work with. They talked me through different options and answered my endless questions. They were flexible in scheduling my installation. The installation was challenging, so they sent out some extra people to help. They were done on time, and cleaned up quickly. They answered my questions and addressed some minor concerns post installation.Their prices were competitive with other companies in the area. I chose them because they were the easiest to deal with.

It turned out very well. We were very pleased with it. The price was good, a bit on the high side of average but excellent considering their product. They were very good about scheduling. They were reliable good about keeping in contact so we knew what was going on. When they came they were very efficient. They sealed up rooms and didn't make a mess. Everything was clean and neat and ready to go when they were done. They did a very good job. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.
