Andre was very prompt at returning my call and scheduling an appointment to come out and give us an estimate. He inspected and measured all our windows and gave us several quotes for doing all our windows vs. just the most needy ones, with three different options for window makes. He was very helpful, thorough, and informative. He took the time to answer all my questions. He gave me a couple of names of customers who were willing to let us come see how their window installation turned out and everyone spoke very highly of him and his installers. In addition all the installations looked great. We went with Andre and Windowrama and we have been very happy with our choice every since. Thank you so much for your excellent product and services.

Windowrama has asked me to give them a review and I am happy to do so because their service was excellent, here is my story. I replaced the windows in a recently purchased home. The windows were old and needed upgrading. They came to the house and gave me a very honest consultation and very reasonable quote. They educated me on the need for certain features of reliable windows and discussed my options with me. I was grateful to see that they didn't just try to sell me the expensive windows. They were clearly consulting me to ensure I received the windows that were right for me, my budget and my house. And all of it was backed with a lifetime warranty. The installers arrived right on time. They were very respectful of my home and my property. The windows were installed quickly and professionally. After the windows were installed they did an excellent job on clean-up and were sure to leave my property the same way they found it. They took the time to go around with me to show me each window and explain some of the simple features on how to properly use the windows which was simple enough. But I was impressed that they took the time to do that. They were sure to let me know my point-of-contact should I need anything at all. It was a great experience. I was apprehensive in the beginning, being a first time home owner, that if I hired a company that knew I was new to the home-owning game, that I may be an easy person to take advantage of. But, after my first conversation with the salesman, I felt so relieved that I had found a company that was going to treat me honestly and fairly. After the experience was over, I knew I had made the right choice!

From the beginning it was a great experience. I spoke with the owner on teh phone during our first contact and scheduled a measurement that occurred the same week. The windows were delivered and installed on their scheduled delivery date and we hardly noticed the installer was even there. Everyone involved thorughout the process from the salesman to the installers were very polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. They were very knowledgable and responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot. For the service they provide to the quality of work and lifetime warranty with their products their prices couldn't be beat.

We found it a pleasure to work with Windowrama. No hard sell, pressure or gimmicks. Everyone we had contact with during the process was professional, capable and very respectful of our home. We quoted 5 companies. Windowrama was not the cheapest but was very competitive. We selected them because we had a high confidence level that they would do quality work without any major mishaps. Windowrama did not disappoint and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend to our friends.

I would definitely recommend this company. Todd was my point of contact from start to finish. He was flexible with my schedule, easy to reach and replied to me promptly whenever I sent him a message. The installers were very friendly and courteous. They did a great job of cleaning up, I wouldn't have even noticed they were there! The windows look fabulous and were a great value for the money. Windowrama removed 10 old replacement windows and wrap then put in new windows with clean and clear glass upgrade and wrapped the outside trim. The house is 100yrs. old. Frames have shifted stuff is out of square. They made it work and it looks great. I called Windowrama because of the great reviews online. Alexy (the sales rep and coordinator) came to my house and showed me the product and explain the process. I told him I didn't want a lengthy sales pitch as I knew what I wanted. He honored my wishes. He sent the installer Gary out to measure the windows. They go them ordered and set up a date to install. Gary and his team Tyson and Justin came to install them. They were very professional and very hard working. They installed the windows cleaned up the mess and were gone in two days. Gary and his team are very good at what they do. My new windows look awesome and I am very pleased with them. The ease of raising and lowering them is great. I definitely recommend Windowrama with this team. So thank you Alexy, for the email updates through the process and to Gary, Tyson and Justin for doing a great job installing.

We had all the double hung windows in our twenty year old 2-story home replaced with new vinyl windows from Windowrama. They work so much better, are easier to clean, and are much more energy efficient. Everything went great. Alex arrived on time for the presentation, was very thorough and answered all questions with expert knowledge, and best of all NO PRESSURE. He kept us informed throughout the order, manufacturing, and installation process. The installers were all polite and did their best to minimize any disruption. They arrived and finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished product looks and works GREAT.

Following our initial very positive experience with Todd, the owner came out to remeasure all the windows to finalize the order. We were very pleased with the care taken to make certain everything would be right when the order was delivered. The installation could not have been more pleasant. The installers were very experienced, and the process itself went very smoothly. It was a two day job and when I arrived home on the first day, I was amazed at how clean they left everything. This was one of the most positive experiences with a contractor I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Todd from Windowrama was very pleasant and professional to deal with. Windowrama did a great job installing my new windows including insulating the inside air pockets where the old window weights go. Many disreputable contractors skip this step to save time and money. They did great cleanup job and removed the old storm and wood windows Great job, great windows, I highly recommend Windowrama.
