    Preventative Maintenance Contract( Spring/fall).

    Cleaning & inspection was done as per contract. The technician was friendly, polite & did a good job it seems.

    HVAC repair

    What a pleasure to deal with such a professional and efficient company. They worked really hard at trying to determine the problem with my HVAC system before suggesting a replacement part.... unlike other companies who I had a consultation with, who immediately told me I had to replace the broken part. Everyone was helpful and professional from both service techs who visited and Pina in the office. My unit was repaired very quickly and I am very satisfied. Would highly recommend TheraCool Mechanical to anyone who needs heating cooling solutions. 5 starts for sure!

    Boiler Repair

    I contacted Mario for a boiler repair and he and his team were punctual, professional and completed our repairs under very challenging circumstances. I was very impressed with the end result and their pricing was reasonable for the great quality we got. I will definitely be calling Thermocool in the future! Highly recommend!

    Install new fan motor

    Professional and polite. Detailed in checking everything to ensure heat pump was running smoothly after installing the new fan motor. Fair parts and labor cost! Would strongly recommend to friends!

    Replacement of a heat pump, fan motor and thermostat

    Work was accomplished in the promised time of two and a half hours. Thermo Cool's technicians are personable, prompt and informative. Josh did the initial appointment and recommended a new unit. Michael did the installation and explained the new programmable thermostat.

    Replaced MagicPak gas furnace and air conditioner in a condo.

    My furnace became unusable. I found a number for Thermo Cool and called them for a quote. They were courteous and efficient and asked for some information about the existing unit which I was able to supply. I got a quote which was 75% of the amount of another quote I received and Thermo Cool's quote was for a higher efficiency furnace. The unit was ordered and installation was scheduled. The crew came on time, was knowledgeable and courteous and completed the job without damage or incident. Very satisfied with their work.

    HVAC

    Thermal Cool came to fix my HVAC 2 weeks ago. They sent a junior to evaluate my HVAC and he was baffled so I had to pay for a second visit by a senior mechanic just to analyze my problem. Thus I had to pay for TWO visits ($200 EACH. Total: $400.00) Why send an incompetent mechanic for a repair job? Then Thermal Cool said my parts were extremely rare and they were actively looking for OVER A WEEK. Since we were freezing for almost 2 weeks, I fired Thermal Cool and I called another company who: -Came in one day -Got the parts the next day -Repaired my HVAC on the 3rd day. Their work cost $1,000 VS Thermal Cool's quote of more than double; $2,300.00!!! (Even worse, Thermal Cool were refusing to warranty their own $2,300 job) So my HVAC is working perfectly. All the while I was freezing, Thermal Cool's advice was that my HVAC was not not worth fixing. It seemed to me that Thermal Cool only wants to sell new HVAC's by making it so difficult to repair.

    Heat pump replacement

    My heat pump was not working. A technician came to assess the matter. Determined that the pump needed to be replaced. The following day two technicians came took the old one and disposed of it; a new pump was istalled and they left when they were satisfied that the pump was working correctly.

    heating

    needed a new motor I leave the motor running always to circulate air i would have like to motor to run at a very low speed and then when the furnace comes on to a high speed not very high
