    Heat pump not working.

    I had no air conditioning, I was a problem with the heat pump in my condo. They cleared the blockage in heat pump and I had air Conditionjng again. Good work.

    Repair of air conditioning, involving diagnosis and replacement of faulty 3 way valve

    The technician was very good. My only reservation is that the call out charge of 160 is rather high.

    Repair failed HVAC.

    Parts in HVAC installed in 2017 needed replacement and testing etc, while second unit required testing. Charles was meticulous in our apartment and completed job with care and left the place in perfect order. AK

    air conditioning repair

    They were recommended by the condo management and came and fixed the problem. We had to wait a week for the work to be completed because they were very busy.

    preventative maintenance of air conditioning unit

    Kept the appointment at the stated time. Service person explained all that he was doing and told us the best way to maintain the unit during the summer season. Left the area cleaner than it was before the service call.

    Thermostat installation

    Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient installer. Came on time, solved problems with the new thermostat, was able to handle new situation well.

    Replace cooling unit

    HVAC seasonal maintenance.

    I need to have the HVAC on my cafe's roof checked twice a year. Josh was very informative, and did a great job! I would highly recommend.

    Maintenance of my heating/ cooling system

    Most of the work was normal maintenance work, for example changing filters. They did make recommendations for improvement to my system

    Heating

    I had issues with both of my heating/air conditioning units. Parts were required for both units. The service technician explained the repairs that were required and was very professional.
