We had a fantastic experience with New Era Moving Services. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive to our needs. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and friendly moving service!

We had a very smooth move thanks to this outstanding company! The crew arrived on time, worked at a great pace and got along very well with each other. They gave us an accurate estimate and they actually ended up finishing half an hour earlier. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are obviously very dedicated, experienced and took great care with handling our furniture and belongings. We were especially impressed with their customer service and attention to detail, when in spite of the crew thoroughly wrapping and taping everything down, a small crack emerged on one of our showcase mirrors. Nick personally came down to our home to measure the dimensions of the mirror, and got the mirror replaced in no time. Very highly recommended! 11/10!

I was very please with the service, they were fast and on time. They took good care in making sure all my belongings were well protected. I am in the process of selling my house and they took a good part of my stuff to be stored for the house staging. I will be hiring them again when the house is sold to take away the remaining furniture. Thanks New Era!

Thank you Nick, Cedric and the whole crew at New Era. I was impressed right from the start as Nick responded to my query very quickly. He led me through the quotation process and ensured I understood all the components of the quote. I was unable to pack anything on my own because of shoulder surgery, the crew that Nick sent, led by Cedric, was excellent. Professional, courteous, organized and respectful, very nice guys. They arrived when they said they would arrive and did exactly what they promised to do. I would like to particularly mention Cedric's honesty, he was packing the books from the bookcase in our bedroom and I gather some money fell out of a book (my father in law was known to hide money in books I guess). We had no idea it was there. Cedric discreetly drew my attention to it. Such honesty is rare !

Eduardo and TJ were consummate professionals. They were extremely professional, polite, hard working and very speedy. They took extra special in packaging and transporting our belongings. If we move again, there will be no other choice but New Era. In our opinion, they are simply the very best out there!

The best experience ever! I needed urgent help to move my son from Gatineau to Whitby, after the movers I booked bailed on us. Thankfully I reached out to New Era and Colin. As soon as he called, I had a good vibe. Colin is super friendly, funny, and organized! He sorted out the move in record time and had the agreement to me while we were chatting. He really helped me out and took a huge weight off me by being able to get this move done with such short notice. He sent two guys, Alex and Derek to do the move and they were amazing! They made sure to call my son to let him know when they would arrive then called me on their way with a eta and then again to let me know they were almost at my home. They worked quickly to unload the truck, even though it started pouring on them! They were really friendly, funny and organized! Great experience from the minute I contacted them until they were finished the move. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much!
