Moving in the summer is always busy. Our move was especially difficult since work was still going on in our new house, requiring us to move to just one floor, instead of two. When our packing plans couldn't keep up prior to our scheduled move, New Era worked with us to adjust. Emergencies on the day meant little supervision. Their professionals did an amazing job. Jason came by to check each day. The movers were polite, helpful, and completely professional. I completely recommend.

New Era Moving Services were professional from first contact on the phone with Colin to rolling up the truck door after a successful move. Alex and Mickey were patient and took the time to ensure items were wrapped and placed exactly where we wanted them at our new location.

From the in-person competitive quote to the reliable and on-time move the day of and the friendly movers this moving job was as easy as 1-2-3. I obtained three quotes and only New Era actually came to look at what needed to be moved after my house was already decluttered and staged. The other companies either used photos I supplied or a simple estimate based on the size of the house and were just not as accurate. This job was also done on a flat rate, which I much preferred after hearing horror stories about hourly rate jobs. The three movers worked efficiently and did not waste any time during the 11-hour move and they were courteous, professional, and very friendly. No hiccups and everything went according to plan. Not planning on another move, but would definitely use again if I was and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional and reliable moving company.

And the answer is: New Era Moving. They were the only company that sent a representative to see what had to be done and Colin KNOWS MOVING. Given the fragility of many of the main pieces, I was concerned with insurance coverage, how storage was managed etc. Accurate quote. On time arrivals. Quality packing and highly efficient. Both crews knew exactly what they were doing. I will say that I thought the weight of some of the glass pieces would kill them - but thankfully not. I recommend them without reservation.

Aaron and his team were so professional. They took great care with every item. I was incredibly impressed. I would definitely use New Era again and recommend them to anyone looking for a mover.

I've moved many times in my life and I have never experienced such a professional, stress free move as I did with New Era. As others have mentioned, I decided on New Era because of the accurate estimate provided by Colin (who is also a lot of fun!). This was a complicated move as it involved 2 days & 3 generations (including my mother, who is in frail health). Everything went according to plan. The team were professional, courteous, efficient and careful with our furniture and boxes. Alex led the move, with Eduardo, Shane, Brendan, Mickey, Stephen, Ahmet & few others pitching in throughout the two days. I HIGHLY recommend New Era.
