Highly recommend New Era Moving Services! Colin scheduled an appointment to swing by our place to give us an accurate quote, which was refreshing as the majority of moving companies give a guesstimate based on the details you provide online. This took away the guessing game and put our minds at ease when it came down to costs. Brendon was the lead mover and he had 2 colleagues helping with the move. They were on time and were quick, yet professional and careful with moving all of our furniture and items! Can’t say enough about how amazing the crew was and I would use them for a future move in a heart beat.

This was a thoroughly professional job from Colin’s reliable quote to the superhuman efforts of Brendan, Eduardo and Elvis. Brendan especially had a reassuring approach that made you believe anything could be done—and it could!

Colin and Aaron are extremely professional. We had an issue with our building having ridiculous requirements to move out and they did everything they could to try and help us. When it didn't work out, they kindly returned our deposit as they understood it wasn't in our control. I hope we get to work with them in the future, as just from my initial calls with them and the way they handled this situation- I was impressed. It says a lot about a company when they treat you well, even when they don't get a payout. Highly recommend them!

Look no further! I booked New Era for our move on March 2022. The all experience from the project planning and estimate phase to moving day was positive. Colin came to our home in person to provide an accurate estimate and put together a plan, showing real professionalism. It was a stress free and successful moving day because of this amazing team, six man with two trucks showed on time and started working like a well oiled machine. Packaged and moved two trucks full of boxes and heavy furniture from Richmond Hill to Whitby, all in less than 10 hours, everything moved and installed back in the new house by 7:00pm.

I have used New Era for 3-4 of my moves and they have been an excellent group of people to work with every time. Their pricing is transparent and their team is very hardworking and accommodating. They treat your items as if it’s their own and are very easy to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. From Aaron and Colin, right down to the various front line workers who have moved me and my family over the years. They have all been great to work with and I look forward to future moves with them as well.

From the beginning, working with New Era was great. Colin was responsive and helpful with our initial consultation and quote. True to his word, the quote was exact with no surprise fees and everything we discussed was moved with no problem from our townhouse to detached. The team that arrived was efficient and helped disassemble (and reassemble) the large furniture, wrapped everything neatly and moved accordingly. The only thing was the tracking of snow and salt into the house as a result of the snow - but that happened despite their best efforts with runners and it's to be expected while moving in the middle of January. A bit of vacuuming and mopping cleaned that up no problem on our end when the day was done. I really appreciated their online system of sending the estimate/billing/details electronically. Thank you for making our move so painless! For something that's so stressful, at least I didn't have to worry about this.

I found New Era on the web by searching for the top movers in Toronto. They were in the top 3 and rightly so. We were moving from a house to a house so a big job. They were so fast, efficient, friendly and accommodating. They had 4 guys that worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend "New Era" to anyone and especially this crew of Nick, Brendon, Tyrese and Eduardo. The move went off with no issues, breakage or problems. They even made it fun on a day that can be so stressful. Service at its best!!

All in all a good move. Sales person should spend move time evaluating the size and scope of the job and be clear with what needs to done by the client or discuss services that would meet the needs. I booked based on peace of mind of a flawless move and although a good job was done by the movers and owner it was not a flawless move and I am still left with items to move. Ultimately I would recommend the company.

The movers were respectful and efficient, and they made sure all our belongings were safe and secure. They also made a point about asking before most decisions, and worked around my infant. They also managed a few obstacles well, and made sure nothing derailed the move. I highly recommend them. Big thank you to Alex, Nick, and Steven!

I hired New Era Moving to move furniture from my late father's apartment (retirement home) to four different destinations (different family members were receiving different pieces). I chose the company based on a prior positive experience with them and based on their continuing track record of positive reviews. They were very accommodating of the many different elements of the move, and the owner made preparations in advance to take extra care with some of the more delicate items. The crew that performed the move was very experienced, efficient, and pleasant. They were also very kind to the elderly residents on the floor who wandered into the apartment asking questions during the move (curious neighbours came in wondering if someone was moving in or out, and the crew was very pleasant and sensitive in responding to the visitors). The crew worked very efficiently and completed the move within the time estimated (despite the sweltering heat on the day of the move). The amount quoted was the same as the final amount billed - no changes or surprises. I would definitely hire them again.
