We had a challenging move and were underprepared. There were a lot of loose items that need to be moved. 2 trucks arrived on time and the crew worked tirelessly to disassemble, pack and move everything in one day.

I hired New Era Moving to help me with my move and I couldn’t have better things to say about this company. From the planning stage to execution their level of communication and professionalism was on point. On move day they on time, speedy but took incredible care of our belongings and made sure everything was protected. They even rolled out red carpets throughout my house to ensure our floors didn’t get dirty during the move. Hands down the best moving experience I’ve had and I will be hiring them again for my parents move in a few months. Aaron, Colin and The New Era Moving team, thank you so much!

New Era handled my move from a downtown Toronto condo to a home in Ottawa. They were excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend them! They were punctual, courteous, careful and easy to communicate with at all stages of the process. The on site estimate was a great service which ensured we knew the cost up front, unlike the guesswork other movers provide. I have moved 3 times in the last 5 years and this was the easiest and least stressful by far!

New Era Moving was the best company I’ve ever used. Kevin, Nathan and Adrian were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and professional, and I’ve never seen such expertise right down to the small details. They went way above and beyond what was required! They took such care in every aspect of the move! Everything was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend New Era Movers! They were incredible! Thank-you so much to Colin who coordinated everything perfectly and to the three wonderful men who handled all of my furniture with utmost care!

We were anxious about moving from Mississauga to Ottawa during the pandemic but New Era Moving made it easy for us. Colin was always punctual with appointments and and answered emails and text messages promptly. On the day of the move, Brandon, Trevor and Nathan were a joy to work with. They observed all Covid 19 protocols, took care to wrap up furniture and handled boxes with care. They worked fast and at the same time made sure that items were packed properly to minimize damage. When it came to unloading, they made sure that furniture and boxes were placed in the proper places as directed. The moving truck arrived on time both in Mississauga and in Ottawa and we were informed by text message half an hour before their arrival. All paperwork was done on a tablet, payment was electronic and receipts were emailed immediately. There were no extra charges.

The guys were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. They were patient and and attended to everything with great care. They completed the move in record thinking even though they made two unscheduled stops for me to deliver things. Adrian, Tevin, Awat and Bobbie were exceptional and did not stop working there whole day. They were smiling and joking ask day! This move was an exceptionally good experience and better than I could have Hoped for. They put all the boxes in the correct location in my new house and were so conscientious. they did not leave until everything was in the correct place. Thank you to all of you Frances

We recently used New Era Movers for our full day move from Ajax to Kitchener. This was our 3rd time using this company and truly feel they are the best movers! Colin was supportive in booking the move and Brandon, Arthur and Nathan were great on the day of! Moving is so stressful and Brandon does such a good job with making you feel at ease. We had a moment where we thought our couch wouldn’t fit in the new place. My husband and I were measuring the door ways, slightly freaking out. Brandon walked in, calmly told us not to worry and he’ll take care of it! And he did - and it all worked out! Thanks New Era!

Had a great experience from start to finish with new era. Colin was fantastic in getting us all the details and setting up the move. And on moving day Joe and the boys did an amazing job they were fun and worked hard and got the job done right. A big thanks tio all involved.

I had an extremely stressful last minute move in December, downsizing from a house to condo within weeks. I contacted New Era days before the move and they made things pain free. Not only was Colin able to accomodate my move, but he was able to accomodate a much longer move than anticipated. The guys handled my items with care and were very professional. My review is a bit overdue but I needed to come back to tell them well done!
