We hired ReImagine to develop our basement- something we had been thinking about for years. The entire process from planning to completion was made so easy with Josh (project manager) and his team! We were able to connect with him directly whenever we had any questions & he always responded the same day. The entire team was very understanding and helpful during the entire renovation. In fact they went above and beyond in moving our laundry set up to the basement as well. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting professional and timely service!

Reimagine builders provided a streamlined, efficient, cost effective and all around great experience when it came to our basement development. Absolutely would, and have, recommended their services. All off the staff and contractors were professional, and respectful of being in our home. Of course, with projects of this size, there will changes or hiccups along the way, however all were remedied promptly and fairly. Highlights would be a project schedule up front, so you know exactly where you're at in the timeline, and what to expect for that day(s). This was followed to a T, with the project completed on time. Also, no massive garbage bin taking up your driveway for months on end, everything was hauled away at the end of each day or two. In the interest of fairness and full disclosure, our only negative would be the company responsible for the cabinetry. Communication was challenging, and product knowledge seemed lacking which ultimately resulted in errors upon placement and installation. However, Reimagine made it right. Very happy with the end result!

We repeatedly told family and friends throughout the process how wildly impressed weve been with the quality of the work, the friendliness of all the contractors, and the accuracy of their incredibly detailed schedule. The only time Reimagine was off their schedule in the 2.5ish months they were here was when they were frequently ahead of schedule! They made the entire process as easy as possible from the very beginning, and our project managers Kloe and Matt (and Lei!) were great at getting back to us promptly with any questions we had throughout. Each of the many contractors in and out of the house were friendly, professional and clearly talented at what they do. (Also super grateful the vast majority were good with our doodles that kept breaking out of their barriers!) We couldnt believe how quickly the entire project came together and how well the end results matched our initial vision. We didnt, and Id say save yourself the time: dont bother with another quote, Reimagine cant be beat.

Reimagine Builders Recently we completed an unfinished basement project in our new home. We wanted to maintain the look and feel of the rest of the house, as if the original builder had completed the basement. We noticed that several neighbours had Reimagine Builders signs on their lawns. After speaking with them and having a tour of their finished projects and their level of satisfaction we decided to contact ReImagine. Having acted as general contractor on several projects as well as renovations to previous homes, we were most impressed with the quality and attention to detail from this building, including their terms of payments, scheduling and penalty clauses for late completion. The entire process from start to finish was flawless! All of the staff, from estimator, project coordinators, on site managers and all the sub trades, listen to our requirements, were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, on schedule and seamless moving from one job to the next. When two different city inspectors come in and see who the company managing the project and the associated trades are, these guys know what they are doing, unlike others in the business, you will be happy with your project when completed! I would not hesitate to recommend this company, you will not be disappointed. Thanks to the entire staff at ReImagine Builders and all the tradesmen, for a job well done!
