    Basement development

    The team - Peggy, Kloe, Oscar, Josh and Jackson did an excellent job on our new basement. The initial quote was quick and accurate including sketch. Re-Imagine's promise is that they will finish the basement within 12 weeks or they will pay $500 every week from the 13th week until it is finished. They built a poly-wall near the steps to keep the dust coming into the main floor. They had a software to layout the plan and schedule which is 100% accurate because the trades never missed a day. Their trades are quick. They always answer your questions with a smile on their face. Josh and Jackson kept us up to date on the project plan and was always very responsive. The quality of the work and professionalism of the tradesmen was far beyond what I had expected. High quality products, work ethic and timeliness. I would not hesitate referring Re-Imagine to anyone. Thank you so much to the team for finishing the basement before the deadline. I highly recommend.

    Basement Development

    Our unfinished basement was developed by Reimagine Builders and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the first meeting to final completion, everyone we were in contact with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our questions were promptly answered and any concerns we had throughout the process were handled with care, explained thoroughly and corrected if needed. The trades people that were in and out of our home were polite, professional and respectful; keeping the workspace very clean and tidying up before they left. The process of selecting what we wanted to incorporate in our basement was made very easy as their package included a good variety of standard options but also allowed for personalization by letting us make custom choices or upgrades where we wanted. We are looking forward to enjoying our basement for years to come and would highly recommend Reimagine Builders!!

    Basement Development

    Reimagine Builders met our target deadline in time for my daughter and her family's move from Winnipeg. We are very happy with the outcome. The timeline from initial meeting and planning to delivery and construction was helpful and went smoothly. The office team provided help and support whenever we had questions, and their trades were great. Salute to PM David! He was very approachable, responded quickly to our texts, addressed our concerns and got things fixed immediately. We love our cozy basement suite and highly recommend them.     Basement Renovation

    Two words : ON TIME. It is rare these days to see those two words in action. ReImagine finished exactly on the day that it originally outlined. Majority of the trades finished earlier than the time it was allotted to them. There were absolutely no surprises - they stuck to the detailed outline. Good job.

    Basement Development

    Michael and Julie We had a very good experience working with the Reimagine team. We really appreciated how they itemized everything in their quote and helped us to stay within our budget. They followed their timeline and Peggy readily answered all our questions and concerns. We were impressed by the professionalism of the tradespeople who worked to develop our basement.     Basement development

    We had an excellent experience with Reimagine Builders from start to finish. They did a wonderful job in developing our basement. We have nothing but good things to say about everyone we interacted with. Oscar was easy to work with during the design phase. Khloe and Peggy walked us through every aspect of the construction agreement to ensure there were no surprises. During the construction, Matt and Josh were patient, thorough, and responsive. They provided us with expert advice on some changes we requested and was prompt in addressing any questions we had. The trades people did quality work and were pleasant and respectful. Our basement was completed within the agreed timeline. We love our new basement space. We would highly recommend Reimagine Builders to anyone looking to develop their basement.
