Developing a basement is a big investment, so we wanted to make sure we got it right. We spoke with 4 different building companies and we chose ReImagine Builders because of a few things: - Positive customer reviews - Flexibility - Responsiveness - Price - Reputation - Warranty 1. ReImagine had the best customer reviews. Tons of people quite happy with not only the finished basement but with the whole process, and how helpful the staff is through every step. 2. Flexibility: Out of all companies we considered to do our basement, ReImagine was the only one that was flexible enough to accommodate for a few things: - They accommodated the project schedule around spray foam insulation work that we wanted to do with a friend of ours - You get to pick your own materials/finishes if you wish!. For instance, we found a nice vanity mirror for the bathroom online at a cheaper price. We spoke to our Project Manager and got credited for the mirror plus got ReImagine to install the one I bought. Also, we did not want the MDF board in our closet as I wanted to build my own shelves and they credited me for that. 3. Responsiveness: Every time I had a question or a concern, I sent an email to my project manager (Shoutout to Kloe). Kloe responded super quick and with an answer or option. 4. Price: We quoted with 4 different companies, and ReImagine not only promised the lowest price (which they had) but they also said if I could find a cheaper price, they would match it and beat it! 5. Reputation: Like I said before, I've read only positive comments from this company online. Our experience with them was second to none. We are quite happy to have chosen ReImagine for this project 6.Warranty: Out of the 4 companies we quoted with, Reimagine has the best warranty for Parts and labor (5yrs vs 3yrs from other builders) Finally, I just want to add that the company is extremely punctual when it comes to the project schedule. They are savvy enough to add a couple of buffer days for some trades but in our case the project was delivered exactly on the agreed date we discussed at the beginning of the project. Overall, it was a great experience, we will definitely hire Reimagine for future projects!

Finally done!!! A job that took it's time, but at the end was extremely worth it. Looking back, I have no regrets about going with Reimagine for our basement. There are certain things we can take shortcuts on and try to save a penny - but there are those things where you really get what you pay for - and this was one of them. The phrase penny wise pound foolish comes to mind and is very apt to describe this. From the get-go the project was meticulously planned with a set calendar and they were very upfront in terms of where we might have delays, and when I need to be available. They accommodated meetings to my schedule. It was definitely a full-service engagement, and they took care of everything. When we were picking out options, I got good suggestions from the team and ways for me to maintain the look I wanted but cut down on costs. The entire team did a phenomenal job on our basement and everything was done to perfection. I was impressed with attention to detail and how the team went back to address deficiencies they weren't happy with themselves without me having to ask or ones that I didn't notice myself. And the things I did ask to be fixed, were done so with no issues and no hesitation on the teams part. Another great example their great service was the identification of cracks in foundation and leaks - the PM offered to put in his own time to help address the issue and was patient while I sorted out a qualified professional to take care of it. I would recommend Reimagine to anyone looking for their basement development - 100x over

Quality of work is really good. Staff and contractors are all professional, knowledgeable and nice. We love that they have a showroom for materials and they provide you with a schedule which really is very helpful. Plus, they dont need to take up a space on your driveway for a garbage dump. They deserve 5 stars and we would refer them to family and friends!

Super professional, everything was done as planned and on time. I am very happy with developed basement, it was a small project but executed with really good team of Reimagine Builders.

Incredible experience with Reimagine this year as they developed our basement. From the very first contact they were very professional, clear, and responsive to everything we wanted. They were able to do their best to match the finishing style of the rest of our house and we couldnt be happier with the final product. We felt well taken care of and the experience from start to finish was very smooth. They gave us a very clear timeline and stuck to it! Loved our experience with them and would highly recommend for any home renovation project.

We are so proud of ourselves for choosing Reimagine Builders to finish our basement. From the beginning, Oscar was very attentive and provided a vision for us to see from his renderings. Once we decided on a final design, Kloe and Peggy were on us to start choosing finishes (the longest part - because we procrastinated ;o)). Once these were done an in-home meeting took place where they were armed with a detailed, DAILY schedule - which they kept to!! In fact, they finished earlier than expected! The quality and friendliness of the trades were off the charts. We were waiting for some sort of disaster, as with most construction projects but we must have been the chosen ones! Jackson was our project manager and even communicated via text with any updates! He was warm and personable and made sure we were happy... if I could have tipped them all I would have, but our bank account wouldn't allow. The best I can do is recommend them to anyone considering a basement reno....killer team that delivers!! Thank you all!!!!

I would highly recommend reimagine builders for your basement project. Everyone was really professional right from the initial quote with Oscar to meeting with Peggy and Kloe for project detail finalization.I was surprised with the cleanliness during construction. They treated my place with respect and cleaned as they built my basement. Jackson was great and very responsive. All my questions and problems were solved with satisfaction. Our basement turned out excellent! I wouldnt hesitate to do business again with them.

Working with ReImagine on our basement development was a pleasure! From quote through to hand over, all staff members were polite, professional, and listened to and addressed all of my questions, concerns and specific design requests. They had excellent communication through Kloe and the various project managers. They provided a clear and detailed schedule and were quick to provide updates if anything changed with trades or materials. They were easy to get a hold of, responsive and flexible, making it easy to complete the project even with 3 kids 5 and under! Each trade was professional and did good quality work. Any minor issues or concerns we had along the way were addressed by the project managers very quickly and to our satisfaction. The project was completed on time and on budget. The price for our basement was the cheapest of the three quotes we received but the quality was absolutely not compromised in any way! They used quality materials and brands and helped us to get the exact look we were after! Their schedule guarantee was a huge selling point for us and provided great assurance that wed be getting to use our basement when they said. Overall, it was an amazing experience with no stress for us as a busy family. If youre thinking about it, just go for it well worth the money!
