    Downsizing parents to a condo

    We recently had to downsize my parents from a 3,000sqft home to a condo. Due to health issues this had to be done quickly and my parents were unable to offer a lot of guidance on the process. Pauline and her team provided an amazing level of service to get us through it - they were dependable, flexible, professional and very sensitive to the particular needs of our situation. I was extremely pleased with the experience and the results and would highly recommend Simply Home Downsizing to anyone contemplating a similar project!

    Condo packing and moving

    I have a lot of anxiety about moving and Simply Home Downsizing put me right at ease. Everyone I met was lovely, professional and highly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend their services.

    Estate Clearing

    I was very impressed with the service provided by Pauline and her crew. My mother had died and I put off clearing out her apartment until the last two weeks even though I live in an adjacent unit. Pauline stepped in quickly and provided what needed to be done in a timely fashion. I recommend her services without hesitation.

    Purge and pack

    Pauline, Leah and Julie were wonderful throughout the project - so pleasant and organized. I wouldn’t have been able to predict the amount of time and stress that they saved me - it gave me the ability to enjoy time with friends before leaving town. I’ve already recommended Simply Home to a colleague.

    Staging for condo sale

    We worked with Rosalind and her team to stage our Toronto condo in the middle of COVID, while trying to plan a long-distance move and study for a major exam. Rosalind's team was incredible! They listened to our needs within the unit, adjusted to our timing, and all of this with very little lead time. With their help, our condo sold in less than a week and pick up was just as easy. They were incredibly attentive to detail including me being able to text the lead stager to find out where they hid my e-reader that had been on my bedside table. She could describe exactly where she had put it without hesitation. Highly recommend!

    Downsizing and Staging

    I couldn't have been happier with the services provided by Rosalind and her team. My husband and I decided to put our house on the market with very tight timelines. Rosalind and her team came in and efficiently were able to pack up and downsize our home of 25 years with a very short turnaround time. They then proceeded to beautifully stage our home and we were able to get it to market very quickly. We couldn't have done it without their services, they were professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommended their services for downsizing and staging and will look forward to working with them in the near future. Deb Cerskus

    Home packing and unpacking.

    Pauline and team were thoroughly professional. They stayed on schedule and worked around other trades. When our TV was broken, not clear if it was movers / painters, Pauline worked with the moving company to get the TV replaced, no questions.

    House contents clear out

    Thank you for all your help clearing out our mum’s home of several decades. Your professionalism and organization skills are amazing! Your staff was extremely courteous and focused. We couldn’t have done this without you and we will happily recommend your company to anyone we find in a similar situation!

    Preparing home for sale

    I needed help preparing home for sale - removing and disposing of personal effects, and staging. I was impressed by the way the team sorted things, maximizing what could be donated, and capturing recycling to minimize garbage. When it turned out I also needed them to pack a lot of effects and arrange shipping (in Ontario), they were able to adjust schedules to make that happen as well. The team was professional, and very efficient.

    Preparing to downsize and move in Toronto
