    Estate Clearing

    Simply Homes provided a very professional and thoughtful service to clear our mother’s condo. From their free on-site assessment, the detailed quote, the follow ups for service delivery, the through sorting, furniture hauling, and the transparent last invoice, we had an excellent experience.     Moving

    My mom passed away with COVID19 and needed her condo empty and Simply Home came to our rescue in these difficult times.

    Decluttering, organizing, auction prep, and junk removal

    Pauline and her team are true pros. I could not have managed to clean up and organize and sell my parents’ unused, unwanted items without them. They work quickly and are lovely to deal with. Pauline is a real sweetheart who made the extra effort to come way WAY out of her way just to check in even after her job was done and she had other clients on the go. I needed hand holding and she sensed it. I’ve already recommended Simply Downsizing to friends.

    Downsizing, closing apartment

    Unexpectedly, and during COVID (July 2020), my 97 year old mother moved from a retirement home to a nursing home and I needed help closing down her apartment. SimplyHome did everything that was required: packing family treasures for shipment to relatives out of Ontario; moving furniture to my mother’s nursing home; dispersing all remaining content through donation, recycling and refuse. Each of these aspects was executed to the highest of standards. Pauline was quick to respond to phone calls and emails and she answered all of my questions (and there were many) thoroughly. Pauline always had solutions so nothing was ever a problem. I was totally satisfied with the job!

    Estate downsizing

    Very professional. They catalogued all the items and designed the lots for auctions. On the pickup date, they were very organized and made the entire process stress free.

    stage condo

    Rosalind knew I wanted to sell quickly, so she made time within a day of being contacted to come and assess my condo. She nailed the target buyers perfectly, pairing new furniture with some of my own character pieces to create a chic atmosphere. She and her team worked quickly and meticulously, arranging every detail to perfection. My condo sold in one day, and for a great price, thanks in large part to Rosalind and her team, Kim and Daniella. Thank you.

    DeCluttering and Home Organizers!

    I hired Pauline and her team to assist in a rapid declutter if a home we are about to list for sale . Their work was unbelievable - they accomplished , in two days , what it may have taken months to achieve . I’m grateful! Impressed ! And recommend them - and I will sure them to OVO our home , should we sell .

    Estate sale

    Pauline assisted us with organizing our parents’ online estate sale. She provided advice about how to approach the clean up and grouping the lots to achieve the best results. Plus, she was there the day of the pick up to help moderate the pick up process. She is extremely professional and organized, and a pleasure to work with.

    Estate Sale & House Clean-up for Sale

    We hired them to help us "empty" our house for sale...which involved sorting everything, preparing and managing an estate sale auction (with MaxSold), moving certain items to storage and disposing/donating other items we didn't want. They did a great job. Very responsive, professional, economically reasonable and a delight to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and/or recommend them to others who have similar needs.

    Staging

    Rosalind did an amazing job staging our place and was a pleasure to work with. She definitely helped us to sell our house for well over asking, for which we are very grateful!
