    Amazing!!!

    Wow! I still pinch myself when I walk into my garage! Jeff and Leah were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. They decluttered and organized the space so that I can see and reach everything. Now there's enough room to park two cars! From the bottom of my heart I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend Simply Home Downsizing!

    Packing apartment and removing items for recycling and donating

    The team were able to pack up our apartment efficiently, with great labels and no breakage on moving! They were terrific to work with, and since we were not quite ready, helped with sending items for recycling or donating. We even got them to help with unpacking, which was invaluable for the kitchen, and made much easier since they had packed and labeled everything. We used 2 days of service for packing, and 1 for unpacking.

    Service Excellence

    From Staging my home for sale t o packing All to coordinating with the movers, All was done with the most care and Professional attention to my wishes and details. Pauline and her Staff are a joy to work with plus takes care of all eventualities making the moving process so very less stressful. I have moved several times and this was the most efficient plus well executed move. I would definitely recommend them to take a lot of the moving process out of. Your hands. Truly the very Best ever move from several that I've done over the years. KUDOS to Simply Home Downsizing, Pauline and her crew. I would not have managed without them. THAKNKS! ED & GEORGE

    Amazing Process. Glorious Results!

    Rosalind hit the bullseye when she estimated it would take 3 days to tackle my priority areas: Bedroom, study, living room and storage closets plus hanging of Art pieces. Flavia and Leah spent 6 hours on each consecutive day laying out the items to be culled, walking with me through each item and storing it in the most appropriate location. I broke my pack rat habit, learned the process and look forward to finishing off culling my non-priority areas. Excellent service !

    Decluttering Project

    We had a 100% positive experience with Simply Home. We had been referred to them for our major home uncluttering project. Although we opted to do our own packing so that we could concurrently decide about items to donate or recycle, we relied on Jeff for excellent advice and guidance about the packing, moving and storing arrangements. There were a few parts to our move and, thanks to Jeff and his team, it was planned and executed smoothly and efficiently. Jeff is truly client focused. He was attentive to our specific needs and identified what best met them. He was always prompt, helpful and friendly when responding to our questions. In every way, we had an excellent experience with Simply Home.

    Blown away

    Rosalind and her team are incredible. Within a few hours, they transformed my average-looking space into a grand prize show home! The team used most of my own furniture, and with their thoughtful placement and beautiful accessories, I barely recognized my own home. Not to mention that the time spent with them felt like time with old friends. With 2 little ones under the age of 5 at home, we hoped for a quick sale, and we had multiple offers by Day 2. The investment we made into the staging definitely paid off! I can't say enough great things about Simply Home. I will be recommending them to everyone going forward.

    Home staging

    Rosalind and her team did such an amazing job staging my parent’s century home in the Roncesvalles area this spring. They made their home so beautiful that my mom wanted to move back in! The house sold quickly and I’m confident that their decorating skills played a big part in that. If you are selling your home, I would highly recommend Rosalind and her team!     Staging of vacant loft for sale

    Roz did an amazing job of elegantly furnishing the loft. It looked so good, I wanted to move back in!
