    Staging condo for sale

    The outcome was absolutely wonderful. They were very professional and organized. You don’t need to worry about a thing. They’ll arrange it all for you. The entire experience was so pleasant and simple. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

    Staging my condo for sale

    The team at Simply Home Downsizing made my condo look wonderful and ready to be listed for sale. Rosalind, Pauline and Jeff all were extremely professional and friendly, making the experience amazing. They were also very quick and organized, ensuring that everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Not only did they help me with the staging, but Rosalind also helped immensely by referring me to cleaners and painters. My condo now looks like its right out of a magazine! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work.

    Declutter and staging for sale

    I needed to get my parents' condo ready for an estate sale. Rosalind was introduced to me by my real estate agent, who had heard very good things about the company. In 3 days, the team managed to clear out unwanted items, organize cupboards, and thoroughly clean and stage the condo. Rosalind and her team worked very hard to make the condo look as good as it could possibly be (she is very talented at this). It sold within days of going on the market and at a higher price than we had expected.

    Well Beyond Expectations

    Thank you Pauline, You and the team have been a godsend. No only have you made a major life move as painless as possible, but you have done so with empathy and compassion. Please share my gratitude with all involved. You have all helped me get through what has been the culmination of the most profound transition of my life since my wife’s passing 6 years ago.     Couldn't be happier (Condo Staging)

    Pauline and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting we felt at complete ease, knowing we were in the very best of hands. They walked us through their vision and worked their magic from there. They provide a high level of service and were in constant communication with us before and after the staging. The only problem is, the place looks so amazing that we no longer want to leave! We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future and would highly recommend!

    Organizing, Packing and Unpacking for a Move

    I've used Simply Home Downsizing for three separate moves over the past four years, and each time they were fantastic! I moved from my original house to an older house, to a rental house, and into the new house that was built in place of the old house. Each of these moves would have been extremely stressful had it not been for this company. The organizers were very friendly and helpful, and both the packing and the unpacking happened very seamlessly. Moreover, they were always careful to ensure that everything was done to my liking, and were happy to incorporate all my suggestions. For one of the moves, I even left them the keys, took my kids out to lunch and a movie, and by the time I returned, everything had been moved, and the kitchen was already unpacked and organized. The way they organized my stuff made sense, and is better than I could have done on my own, and I actually like organizing. This company was also extremely helpful in other areas related to moving, such as arranging junk removal and the donation of unneeded items, hiring the actual moving company, sending rugs to be cleaned, etc. Even though moving is so stressful, they are always calm, and make the process so much easier. I would highly recommend getting them!

    Home staging and Decluttering

    Rosalind was a great help to me in my recent sale of a detached home, that required decluttering and staging. Her assistance began with a consultation outlining exactly what items needed to be thinned, removed, stored and what items could remain in the home for further staging. Her creative eye made the best use of the clients existing furniture and accessories, while selectively adding key staging pieces to elevate the homes style and appeal to buyers. There was one room in the home that required more extensive staging through the rental of furniture, side and end tables. This home would be the first impression on the main floor and Rosalind masterfully explained the importance of creating the best first impression possible in order to maximize the homes appeal to buyers. She was a true professional in explaining why this added work was not only beneficial, but necessary in order to maximize the returns on the sale of their home. This listing went on to sell for $180,000 over asking price. The sellers were elated and they have now asked Rosalind to help them decorate their new home. I look forward to working with Rosalind in many more projects!

    Cleared out a hoarding situation

    Jeff, Pauline and team were efficient, yet kind and respectful as we cleared out an elderly relative’s home. They put together a strategy that enabled us to focus on the needs of the relative, while they worked through what had to happen in the house. The process was well thought out and communication was excellent. We appreciated that they are really fluid with their approach and fit right into our timing constraints where we had any. They have put us in a place where the property is ready to be listed. We highly recommend this team!

    Efficient trustworthy service

    I had to clear out my mother's house after she passed on last year, a daunting task. Jeff and Pauline came over to estimate the job and got back to me the next day with a quote. We set a date for sorting and removal of items and after I indicated what I wanted to keep they went to work. The whole house was sorted in 2 days and cleared out on the 3rd day. Very satisfied with their service and honesty. When coming across sentimental or valuable items they always checked with me first. I couldn't have done this without them. Highly recommended!

    Clearing out house

    Jeff and his gang were incredible. We had to clear out a house we had lived on since 1971, and we were not looking forward to such a task. Simply Home took virtually all the pain out of such a difficult job. They found all the services we needed, and then disposed of anything left over. I recommend them without hesitation!
