    Daunting Task Accomplished

    We wanted to clear up our Mothers estate. It was a daunting task that we figured would take month ls if we attempted it on our own. A three story house loaded with household goods, patterns, fabric and family memorabilia. Fortunately, we engaged with Simply Home Downsizing. They quickly sorted the house into categories, protected the memorabilia, disposed of obvious waste, donated goods to charity and, arranged for an incredibly successful MaxSold Auction. All in record time, the house was ready to catch the spring real estate market. Thank you Simply Home Downsizing!

    Downsizing from house to condo - not cheap, but accurate quotes - and SO worth it

    I reached out to about 5 different downsizing services and Mary was the only person who replied at 7am the next day. We quickly followed up with calls and a visit to make an assessment for a quote; in the meantime other companies hadn't even responded yet. The whole process was super well organized, well explained, and Mary was responsive and available. The lady who came to actually carry out the organizing and packing, Julie, was also very efficient, friendly, and great at her job. You can tell that they've done this many times before. She also gave me thoughtful opinions on what to keep and what to get rid of, and even found a few documents and items among my donate pile which I was grateful that she saved. Overall the entire experience made downsizing from a house to a condo so much less stressful. Yes the service was not cheap and you can put stuff into boxes and drive it to a donation centre for free, but the amount of time, energy, and stress that takes is not to be underestimated.

    Mom moving to LT care

    The work of Simply Home Downsizing was very professional! They were prompt and always on time, while completing the job in less time than estimated. Total invoice was $2,000 less than estimated and their work was flawless. Great job and Thanks

    cleaned 20+ years of stuff in 3 days

    We needed to clean my mom's house out as my husband and 2 young kids were moving in. The task seemed insurmountable with 20+ years of belonging from our family and my mom being more attached to some items. I was referred to the team and Mary quickly sat down for a meeting and spoke to us very reasonably. My mom felt OK with allowing them to work with us. We were able to get working on the project in a few days. Then, we asked for a mental break and they accommodated that. They also got all the service providers we wouldn't have even known to find to get rid of all the stuff efficiently. I can honestly say, the work we did in 3 days would have taken MONTHS. Not only in time, but STRESS and family conflict. It's not a cheap process by any means and if you are on the fence I think the value you get in time back and less stress is totally worth it.

    Attentive and detail oriented

    I worked with the team to organize closets and stage the basement of my home before we sold it. They did a terrific job on every level. I had a very challenging experience with other stagers in the past so this was a welcome surprise. I highly recommend them and will be using them for my move as they also offer that service.

    Amazing team

    It is overwhelming trying to sell a house and to de-clutter. The team were unbelievable and made the job so much easier. I love that they could take the initiative to pack items and it helped us through this journey enormously. The team was so knowledgable and respectful with all our items. It is amazing to have people help you through this process in such a professional and caring way. The staging was so beautiful that we bought many of the items such as the dining table and chairs.

    Decluttering and staging by Rosalind and Team M6S 3B6 $7,000 Decluttering, Staging, Storage My Real Estate agent suggested Simply Home to stage my house. The moment I met Rosalind I was sold that professional decluttering and staging was the best way to sell my home. Rosalind was extremely creative and patient. My house was completely transformed into a more modern and beautiful home in less than a week. She brought in Lead organizer Sierra who was a dream come true. I could not believe that in one long day she was able to completely declutter the entire house. Rosalind also organized a Facebook charity group to come in and take away all the furniture and items I no longer wanted at no charge. I could never have done this on my own. Rosalind and team took care of everything including helping me organize the final move to my Condo. This service in invaluable. I highly recommend Simply Home Downsizing.

    Estate Clearing Superstars

    My sister and I were facing the daunting task of clearing out our family home and preparing it for selling. After attempting to sort on our own, we realized that it was going to be too much to handle alone. Thats when I discovered Simply Home. Rosalind and her team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the details were taken care of from clearing the house and preparing for a Max Sold on line sale, taking away junk, including old carpets, furniture and appliances, painting, deep cleaning and finally staging the house. We truly believe all their work and attention helped us realize an amazing result when selling the house. If you are in the position of having to downsize or are involved in an estate clearing, do not even thing of doing it with our Simply Home.     Outstanding!

    Rosalind and her team made the sale of our home (de-cluttering and staging) and subsequent move (packing, moving and storing) both pain-free and efficient. Her people were professional, hard-working, very pleasant and 100% careful with all our art, antiques, glassware, etc. My wife and I very very impressed and pleased. We won't move again without calling Rosalind.

    Decluttering Basement Nightmare

    This was a job that was left far too long. Pauline, the owner, Sierra and the rest of the crew were not at all deterred by the enormous amount of stuff to be sorted through. They painstakingly went through all the closets, drawers and the myriad of boxes, small items and large, asking me what i wanted to keep, donate, recycle or discard. Never judging. Always considering my feelings for mine and my parents' things. The old fridge, dryer and extremely large freezer were also removed. Huge task. Especially the heavy, massive freezer which had to be maneuvered around corners!!!! All done with lots of smiles and tireless encouragement and energy. I will never forget this wonderful group of people and more than highly recommend this company. I will be calling upon their services again. Thank you so much, Pauline
