    From Large House to Condo

    My husband and I purchased a new home and had to get our current home ready for selling. We called Simply Home Downsizing and boy were we glad we did. They were so professional, always promptly on time and really listened to our needs and were ready to pivot when a change had to be made at the last minute. The whole team was courteous and knew exactly what to do and how to do it to make our lives so much simpler during a very stressful time. I cannot thank Paluine and her team enough. They came through with flying colours and even went the extra mile when unexpectedly called upon, like pruning our giant plant so it would be easy to transport to our new home. I highly recommend them for not only helping us declutter and downsizing, but also for storing our items until our actual move. I will be calling upon Simply Home Downsizing when the time comes that we move and will be needing help to organize our new home. A true professional company through and through.

    Estate Sale

    I can't tell you how happy I am to have discovered Simply Home. They have made the overwhelming part of dealing with the contents of an estate so efficient and easy. The staff are hard working, knowledgeable and sensitive. Highly recommend their services.

    Professional Packing

    I dont know how I would have managed my move without Pauline and her team! They were efficient, professional and thorough and took what can be a very stressful experience and eased the pain! Highly recommend!

    As Stressless as a Move Can Be

    I am a widow in my late seventies downsizing into a new modern condo with smaller living and storage space. I was faced with disposing of many cherished items that I knew I could live without but still it is hard to part with. Pauline and her team came on the scene 2 days before the actual move and had it very efficiently and neatly packed up by the time the movers arrived on the 3rd day. In that time, decisions were made as to items to donate and which box would go where when we arrived at the new place. Where the team really excelled I thought was unpacking and figuring out where things would fit in the new space. Kitchen cupboards were a particular challenge but their experience in setting up so many other places was evident. They were ingenious with solutions for many items that didn't seem to have a home. Somehow they all got tucked away. By the end Day 4 I was 95% unpacked and could comfortably carry on my life and feel at home. It is said that moving is one of life's most stressful times but thanks to the team of "Simply Home Downsizing" they made it as stress free as I think it could be. Thank you team.

    Decluttered a very difficult home

    Pauline and her team are an absolute God send. I had a client dealing with a lot of grief from the loss of a parent. He was paralyzed from taking action packing and donating his/his parents belongings. We were very pressed for time to empty the home to get it ready for market. Pauline and her team came in and worked with empathy, understanding, and caution to pack up his home and move things where they needed to be moved. I am beyond happy with their service and will absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you Pauline!

    Pack for a move

    The team did an excellent job packing me up for a move. Confirm return key service all the packing boxes tape wrap everything was included. Experts and what they do. Excellent service, highly recommend.

    Worth Every Penny

    I contacted SHD because my family was in desperate need of help in moving my parents out of their home of 50 years. Best call I have ever made. Mary and her team were kind, respectful, worked very hard and made sure my parents understood every step of the process. Mary also went above and beyond several times during the move. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help downsizing or estate removal. My parents are both very happy with how everything worked out, and that is a ringing endorsement!

    Packed My Whole House in 3 Days

    My first packers had me as a double booking and my stager recommended Simply Home Downsizing to the rescue. I was under a deadline to get my house on the market and I needed help. Simply Home Downsizing were pros from start to finish. I paid extra to have other drop offs and donations done on the way to my locker where I could triage again. They will be back to my locker to repack and list items for my overseas part of the move. Their team was efficient and organized. I felt so much relief when my my whole house was packed in 3 days.

    Decluttering & Organizing my home

    Pauline & her team blew my mind away. They were extremely efficient, patient, organized, and professional. Exceeded my expectations. Amazing team that completely transformed my home with such ease and care. From top to bottom, they decluttered every corner - in what would have taken me years, they accomplished in days. They made my home make sense, flow, and catered every single detail to suit me personally. I am beyond impressed with their ability, talent & vision to make what seemed impossible, possible.     Staging, cleaning and moving

    Rosalind did a fabulous job of coordinating each step of the staging process for us. The teams (stagers, cleaners and movers) were exceptional. The end result was that our place looked spectacular and we were able to sell it quickly.
