They were very efficient at fixing the problem with my water heater. They were very fast, polite and friendly. They didn’t mind my sons 4 dogs. I would recommend them.

I had two heat pumps installed in Nov. 2020. They are working well and we shall see at the end of the heating system if they saved us money. The type of heat is very gentle. Unfortunately our home is more of a closed environment so we don't get equal but it is okay

WORST customer service ever. Tried calling this company 4 times in 24 hours regarding our water heater which is not working since last 28 hours and everytime I got same answer that some one will call us in 3 hours.

Audrey was a very nice person to work with answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. Although the prices varied she gave me the best price but I found another company to go with therefore I am not continuing with Simply Green Home Products thank you

Day 13 and still no end to my heating issue. As reported earlier, the circuit board has burned out, according to the technician. Probably because of the incompetence of the installation where 5 feet of copper tubing was used instead of the required 15 feet needed to work the system properly. During the summer the a/c stopped working because of this strain on the system. Now, in the middle of a POLAR VORTEX, the strain on the system due the previous mistake has now blown my circuit board that enables the system to provide HEAT to my home!!! I am trying to put my house on the market and they have delayed the process now by 2 weeks!!!! Who do I go to? The customer care reached out after my Day 11 post but has yet to connect with me by phone or email. What legal rights can I pursue?

Numerous failures and still not properly installed. Five missed appointments, promises made and never kept. Disgusting attitudes and non responsiveness has caused this review to be 1star. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
