    kitchen and bathroom reinstall drainage

    Great work, very pleases with the service. Highly recommend as the company is very professional and reasonable in price. They did not leave until they got the job done.

    Backwater Valve installation and drain sewer clog

    We had a drain sewer backup, and they were out that night to clear it. They were back promptly to install a backwater valve as well. They were also very helpful in filling in the claim with the city of Toronto's subsidy program. Team from Drain1 has always been friendly and have provided great customer service. We have used their services multiple times over the years, from fixing frozen pipes to installing new sinks and toilets, and have no hesitation in recommending them. A+

    Emergency Drain Repair

    We had a crushed and blocked drainpipe backing up an entire line of units in an apartment building and flooding the bottom unit. Drain 1 came out at 8 p.m. with all the tools and materials required to dig up the floor of the lowest unit, find and replace the pipe, and reconnect the water. They stayed until the wee hours of the morning until the job was done with their boss on the phone monitoring every step. We were very impressed with this level of service and highly recommend Drain 1 for any drain or plumbing needs. Barbara Property Manager

    Removed and replaced septic sump pump.

    Incredibly responsive. Knowledgeable technician. Called the company at 1 pm. Job finished by 4, including trip to supplier for new pump. These are good folks!

    Excellent service

    I'm very happy with the service I received. I called Drain 1 Plumbers after another company gave me an expensive quote for a service that I did not need. When I called Drain 1 Plumbers I was able to get same day service, and they did a good job in correctly identifying the problem and also showing me ways to prevent and fix it in the future. I was so happy with the service that I used them for a separate issue months later. They never fail to disappoint. I highly recommend their service!

    Foundation drain (weeping tiles)
