When a plumbing issue comes up an appointment next Thursday wont help. Drain 1 recognizes the importance of getting on the job right away. The issue was a drain leak in an antique claw foot tub. Oleksiy arrived right on time. He filled the tub and found the source of the leak. He then proceeded to find a workable replacement part and he modified a gasket to eliminate the leak. Another plumber would have said They dont make that part any more and left me with the problem but Oleksiy took on the problem and found a solution. We were having issues with drainage both main floor and basement thinking it was one problem. The team assessed and found calcium build up in one and a tree growing in the other. Within 48 hours both bathrooms were repaired- its our second time using Drain1 and both times weve been extremely happy with the service and the care. Highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night and Drain1 responded very quickly and worked all day Saturday to fix our problem. They also helped with providing us with an excellent restoration company. Everything was completed perfectly!

2 years ago I reviewed Pavlo for excellent service for drain and indoor plumbing work. He has done all my plumbing repairs since. This fall, I was asking him for advice on a bathroom reno because I was having trouble finding a good contractor. I turns out that Pavlo does FANTASTIC BATHROOM - GUT AND RENO work. He just finished - not one - but two of my bathrooms with high quality workmanship, timely executed and reasonably priced. The pictures are below - they speak for themselves. The tile and shower glass work was superb and nothing will ever leak as his plumbing team is top notch. He gave me advice on which plumbing fixtures would hold up through time without leaks. He even guided me towards adding aftermarket legs to a floating vanity unit I purchased to prevent sagging with age. The chandelier above the tub was his idea as a special touch. These bathrooms should be in a magazine. Nicely done. Cost was 30K outside of material cost for tiles, bathroom fixtures, vanities, glass. We did a full tear out - walls, floors, tubs everything including repairing some water damage. Pavlo's team tore it all out and installed everything.

Drain 1 responded to emergency sewage backup promptly. Immediately recognized problem and provided a solution. Their crew appeared as scheduled and promptly prepared the work site, being considerate of surrounding landscaping. The work was completed with minimum disruption. On completion, the site was cleaned up and restored to original condition. Great crew. Have relied on Drain 1 previously as never been disappointed.
