    Clear Drain Clog or Blockage
    Clogged shower drain. Fast and trouble-free fix and identified other plumbing problems as well (which we opted not to address on this visit.)

    Fixed Leaky Toilet Supply Line/Valve

    Great service. Came out within the hour. Identified the issue and fixed it the same day to replace the water supply line to the toilet. Very helpful and friendly. Great work.

    Laundry Room Pipeline

    There were a few issues to address: the sump pump leaked when expelling water, incorrect angles used to connect pipes, diameter of pipe was too small to manage the water flow, venting was needed, the washer & dryer faucets needed a more secure connection to the wall and the amount of pipes used were reduced.

    Unblocking the kitchen sink drain

    Stuck drain

    On weekend, drain was stuck and everything started to come back from pipes. It was a huge problem for a family. "Drain 1 Plumbers" representative came in on Sunday with camera, identified problem and suggested a best option (install back valve & fix pipes ). As a benefit, there is a refund from a city. So, practically I paid a half price. On Monday morning, two guys came into my house, spent almost 8 hours (there were complications), but still finished a job according to an initial qoute. So far, drain works and life continues...

    Drain backing up

    Our main drain was backing up and we needed help urgently. Pavlo came shortly after I talked to the office. He is professional, considerate and friendly. He cleared the blockage and charged us as quoted. No hidden fees. Thank you very much Pavlo!

    Adding Small Kitchen into our Guest Room

    Our project was plumbing from bathroom to a guest room. I am very satisfied. They were very quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

    Stack pipe repair and sump pump installation

    Pavlo came highly recommended from a friend and he and his team did not disappoint. They were very careful when taking apart my basement floor and kept everything tidy at the end of the day after excavating and repairing the stack pipe. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was from the start. They replaced a cast iron stack pipe in the floor and installed a new sump pump and then repaired the concrete floor in just 2 days. I now have a working bathroom and will have a dry basement floor! Thank you so much guys!

    Toilet unclogged and shower head replaced

    Prompt, efficient and friendly service. Plumber explained to me everything he was fixing. Very professional.
