GREAT service and fair price !!
Last night one of our garage cables snapped (thanks to rust on the cable bottom) leaving us with a door that was lopsided and could only be opened with a struggle. Our previous garage door repair company had gone out of business so, seeing the positive reviews for Whitby Garage Doors, I gave them a call at 9:00 this morning. By NOON today, Nick had finished the job leaving us with a repaired door, and going to the trouble of ensuring both doors opened & closed properly and were well aligned. I was thinking of doing this job myself but ANYTHING involving the large coil spring looked menacing so I bit the bullet and paid the pro ... I wouldn't hesitate to call a professional again and will go to Whitby Garage Doors first.

Garage door springs
These guys are awesome! I called after 4pm on a Monday and had my job complete and for the price quoted by end day Tuesday. Highly recommend this company. Very clean and professional.

New Garage Doors
We were very satisfied with the customer service we received from Whitby Garage Doors. Chad listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. Brandon also gave us great service as well. The whole team was professional and courteous. They were installed on Jan 23, 2017. These guys know how to install Garage doors. Thanks for the great work!!!!

Garage Door Repair
When we called for service, they returned our call within 10 minutes. The service tech (Brandon) arrived within the hour of our call and was very professional & courteous. He quickly identified the problem & was able to fix it promptly. We will definitely refer this company to our friends and family.

Replacement of Garage Doors
From the first contact with Chad and then Brandon, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Brandon visited the home and provided us with options and made suggestions that we hadn't thought about. We had 4 quotes and though they were not the less expensive, their professional manner remained and helped us make our decision. Installation day was set and Nick arrived to do the installation. He continued that professionalism throughout the install. Fast , clean, friendly and courteous. He was truly a pro. The trim install was completed later that day by Robert, who like Nick was funny, polite and efficient. All were true pros. The entire removal and installation went extremely well with no mess or fuss. 10 ++.

Garage door repair
Garage door spring broke on Friday before Christmas didn't think anyone would be able to come out. Whitby garage doors squeezed us in and got it done. Great service and workmanship.

Broken Spring Replacement and More: Peace of Mind!
I called as we needed to replace a broken spring on one of our two 35-year old garage doors. Brandon assessed the rest of the system and suggested replacing the bottom rollers on both doors, which I already knew were rusting. He also tuned up the openers. Everything is now running very smoothly now (better than ever!), providing peace of mind as we head into the holidays. I definitely recommend Brandon and Whitby Garage Doors and will call them myself when it comes time for replacements or other repairs.

2 new Garage Doors and Openers
Everything went absolutely perfect: They showed up on time, the work was immaculate and the price was reasonable for the quality of product and service rendered. Would absolutely recommend Whitby Garage Doors to anyone, in fact I already have.

Garage Doors Installation
The representative, Chad, arrived on time to observe and listen to my problem. He made suggestions and answered my questions fully. I choose from the samples he brought. Brandon arrived on time with all the materials and tools. He worked efficiently, answered my questions, asked about how I wanted certain parts installed, and gave me tips on door maintenance. I was very pleased from my initial phone contact to the final install. I would recommmend this company highly.

Garage Door Repair
Fast, efficient and reasonable service. The garage door technician Nick diagnosed the problem with my garage doors and was able to fix them right away. I have used Whitby Garage Doors Ltd. twice now and will continue to use their service.
