    Repair garage door opener

    When my garage door opener broke I expected that I would have to purchase a new one and also have the springs adjusted, thinking that is what caused the opener to break. When I spoke to Brandon he said the opener may be repairable and he would send a technician the following day. Nick came the next morning and was able to repair the opener and adjust my door to prevent further problems. The service was excellent and the cost of the repair was much less than I expected. Thanks very much Brandon and Nick!

    Garage opener installation

    I sent Brandon some pictures of my garage to show him the dilemma I was in (I had a low shelf that made it hard to fit an opener.) He called me back and we discussed options and within an hour he had a professional representative here installing my opener. The work was done in 45 minutes and everything works perfectly... with explanations and mobile credit card payment. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone in search of garage door services!

    Step by step Whitby Garage Doors Ltd were helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Love the selection available. It looks so much better, and amazing quality. I highly recommended them.

    Reconnected Opener on Garage Door

    First-class service and an excellent, honest company to deal with! I called Whitby Garage Doors Ltd., as my garage door would not open and the keys were nowhere to be found. Chad was pleasant and professional and provided me with a very reasonable quote. Within 10 minutes of my call, Nick arrived at my house like a godsend and immediately fixed the problem. Extremely friendly and prompt service! I would highly recommend Whitby Garage Doors!

    Service and Product

    So glad that I was recommended to go to this company by a friend. I just had double garage doors installed today. I have been happy with Whitby Garage Doors from the start of ordering to the installation of the finished product.

    Garage door repair

    I cannot say enough great things about Whitby Garage Doors. The service provided was above and beyond my expectations. Brandon was very helpful, and both Nick and Collin were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The integrity they showed was most appreciated. We will definitely call in the future for any service concerns we have.

    Liftmaster Garage Door Opener

    Chad, our sales rep was very informative and arranged the installation of a lift master garage door opener the very next day. Colin and Cody arrived on time, were very professional and accommodating. When we asked if they could add new weatherstripping to our garage door, they went back to the store in Whitby for supplies and returned immediately to complete our last minute request.     Reasonable price, great looking door!

    I spoke with Brandon and Chad, who were friendly and helpful throughout the process. It was very convenient to do everything by email and phone - they were prompt with providing multiple options/quotes at the same time to minimize back and forth, and dropping off colour samples/brochure. I also liked that the quotes included tax and installation. A neat feature is that they were able to prepare a digital image of the new door on our actual house, to give us an idea of what it would look like. Delivery was exactly within the timeframe stated. We were pleased with the workmanship and professionalism and would highly recommend WGD. Thanks!

    Great service at a reasonable price

    They answered the phone promptly, fit us into their schedule that day and arrived on time with the parts needed to fix the broken spring. Both my tenant and I were pleased with their service and I appreciated the emailed invoice.
