    Sliding Glass Patio Door

    We were desperately in need of a new sliding glass patio door. The original door was old, drafty and worn out. I got estimates from 3 of the highest-rated companies on HomeStars. I decided to go with Legacy because Jayden was friendly and professional, and I felt that he really wanted our business and would do a good job. This was a rough winter in Vancouver and Jayden worked hard to fit us in when he had a cancellation because he understood our drafty door was making it impossible to heat our living room. Jesse and Jordan were our installers. They were also friendly and professional and explained everything they were doing along the way. They expertly finished the inside and outside trim, which made the door look even better than I had expected. They respected our home and were perfectionists about cleanup. We are very happy with our new door and with Legacy as a company. I can really feel a difference in our living room and I'm sure that will be reflected in our energy bills as well. I will highly recommend them to neighbours, family and friends who need windows and doors.

    Window replacement, energy retrofit

    We are completing an energy retrofit project on our home and windows were the last weak link we needed to fix. We had a great experience with Jayden, he was very helpful and responsive even when we had multiple interested parties e-mailing him (contractor, architect and home owner) on a variety of topics. He was able to have the windows and doors delivered to us across the border with no issues at all. They look great and we could not be happier!!

    Exterior renovation

    We contracted with Legacy last summer to remove the old stucco from the front of the house and to replace it with James Hardie cement board siding. They also refaced part of the walls, post and both chimneys in stone. It totally transformed the look of the house and we couldn't be more pleased. The crew was very efficient, had a strong work ethic and were pleasant and polite at all times. This is saying a lot, considering they were working during the hottest week of summer. We would definitely work with this company again if we had other projects. Their quote was comparably to several other companies that we explored.

    4 panel 12 door folding door

    We had a great experience with Legacy. After searching for months to find the right door company Legacy assured us of quality, professionalism and competitive pricing, and they followed through. They were very pleasant to work with and overly accommodating. The installation process was thorough and careful. They know what they are doing!

    Replaced Windows, Skylight, Sliding Door and Front Door

    I highly recommend Legacy. Jayden thoroughly explained the steps and procedures involved for a very successful new windows installation. Very helpful with ideas for the type of windows and openings. Kept us informed at all times and completed project right on schedule. Alex and his team were very efficient, friendly and took care of every detail with the installation work. Neighbours have commented that my house looks years newer with great street appeal.

    Windows replacement

    Jayden and his team did an excellent job in replacing all our windows (not an easy job having to deal with an older house). Jayden, the co-owner, was directly involved in the project from the beginning to the end, which made a huge difference for us. The team was professional and very hard working an the project was finished on time and on budget. We could not be happier with the final result and we highly recommend Legacy Windows.

    Replace siding, doors and lower windows ....

    Extremely happy with the project and work preformed. Jayden outlined all of the moving parts of the project. Set a clear expectation with myself and my wife and delivered on the expectation set. On the ground, the team performing the work was clean, tidy, and respectful ... what more would you want? I would not hesitate to provide a reference.

    6 new windows

    Fantastic service and a great quality installation done very quickly. Installers kept the inside areas of the house dry and clean and the site was spotless when they left. I will be using them again for sure.

    Siding & window replacement

    Legacy replaced our old & tired aluminum windows and vinyl siding with new high performance vinyl windows and Hardiplank and Hardshingle siding. We picked Legacy in the first instance because they clearly understood our requirement for an upgraded, high quality rainscreen envelope, for a competitive cost. Legacy worked with us to provide appropriate but economical details that led to a great looking end product, including finding ways to update the look of the house within our budget. The on-site crew were always respectful of our property, left the site clean and tidy each day, did good work, and were responsive to any issues that arose along the way. For example, their work with compound mitres for trim around some large bay windows was difficult but very well done. We have no hesitation recommending Legacy for their knowledgeable and professional work, provided in a friendly, no-hassle way.

    New window installation

    Legacy installed 10 rather large (6ft wide x 5 ft tall) Vinyltec windows that were delivered on time and installed in just 1 day. Jayden and his crew were very professional and everything was put back together perfectly. I would highly recommend Legacy and will be using them to replace the rest of my windows and vinyl siding down the road.
