A big thank you to Jayden and his team at Legacy!! Upon the recommendation of a friend & neighbour we decided to contact Legacy to obtain a quote for the replacement of our windows. After speaking with Jayden, learning of the method of installation they use, the quality of the windows and seeing first hand how the end product looked we decided to chose Legacy and are so very happy we did. The gents who did the installation did a fantastic job, were friendly, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy to anyone and will absolutely use their services in the future!

My wife and I recently moved into our "forever home" and drastically needed to replace our windows in our Vancouver Special. I am extremely detail oriented and wanted to do it right. Upon contacting 5 companies for quotes, we immediately felt Jayden's professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm far exceeded the others and knew he was the best fit for the job. I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the job site, as well as the attention to detail which obviously included painting the cuts of the trim before install and not leaving until everything was just right. Jayden had immense patience with my decision on brand of windows as well as colour, and never once did I get the feeling he was counting on a paycheque. We were very relieved that there wasn't any previous water damage discovered and appreciated his honesty. The job went very smoothly and we are excited about the vast improvement and new look to the home. We hired legacy to completely replace all existing windows, siding, and doors with new Milgard windows, Hardie Board siding, and a solid fir door. As I didn't really have any experience with siding companies I had to turn to the internet to find trades. Finally, I received 5 quotes for the project and while Legacy was extremely competitive it was their professionalism and obvious knowledge won them the job. The whole experience was extremely positive. Right from the start, Jayden was extremely helpful working through options, choosing siding colours, and dealing with any unexpected issues. Never did we feel rush or pushed in any direction. During construction, the Legacy crew was extremely professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. They worked well with all others on site and the few problems that arose on the job were dealt with expertly without any issue. They also handled district requirements rain screening and all inspections without any issue. No matter what the problem was they solved it. I would highly recommend Legacy to anyone. They're a joy to work with and you know you're going to get a fantastic product. I would also add that the price they quote you is what it's going to cost. The few change orders we had were always fair and based purely on us changing our mind.

We replaced two patio doors and 15 windows and Jayden and his crew did an awesome job with the installation. They were very accommodating and checked in multiple times with us to make sure we were happy with the installation. The quality of their service, expertise and professionalism made it a pleasure to work with them. I would definitely recommend going with Legacy Windows and I have already contacted them on a future project on replacing the remainder of our exterior doors.

After getting terrible customer service from a local company, I went to HomeStars and found Legacy. Their customer service, their attention to detail, their efficiency and the installation of my new sliding patio door was perfect. They removed an old patio sliding door and replaced with the the new one in under two hours, with absolute precision and attention to detail. Everyone was quite friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They have earned my lifelong business. Thank you!

As an engineer who has worked in building science I was very impressed by legacy's default detailing. They were responsive to all of my questions ahead of time and installed the windows with a high level of care and attention to detail. They added caulking to the screw holes for my shutters, and reinforced an area where the building paper was wearing. Appropriate rain deflection headers were added and all sealing and drainage pathways were correct. Interior finishing was good (primed surfaces) the vinyltek windows and sliding doors are fantastic and the Low-e 366 glass has made a huge difference in thermal comfort. There were some sequencing challenges due to door and window manufacturer but legacy took care of all issues appropriately and completed a final walk through. Peter provided passes to build ex to allow us to compare window types and had excellent advice and photos to help us choose our door glass and styles. They then followed through on the install. A high level of customer support and quality, they deserve a good reference for the work.

We recently had two windows installed in our rec room by Legacy Windows and Doors. We attended the Abbotsford home show where we spoke to Peter. He presented himself as very knowledgeable, articulate, and personable. We agreed that he would attend our home to do an estimate on replacing our windows. When he attended, Peter again presented himself as professional and helpful. There was water damage on the sill of one of the windows. My wife was extremely concerned that over the years the window may have leaked and caused rot inside the wall. Peter re-assured her that he felt quite confident that this was not the case that it looked like years of condensation had caused surface damage. He further explained that the staff removing the old windows and installing the new ones would conduct a thorough inspection and update us. Peter completed a comprehensive and concise estimate for the replacement of the two windows. Peter took our calls with respect to questions and concerns we had well after normal business hours. After speaking to several other competitors we were impressed enough with Peter that we opted to go with Legacy Windows and Doors. When Alex and the crew arrived they too presented themselves as professional and courteous. They alleviated my wife’s concerns about the water damage. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the installation and the windows. Personally I couldn’t have cared less about replacing the windows, but I have to admit now that they window and casing is in it certainly is a huge improvement to what we had. The added trim makes it look like a completely different wall. When we eventually sell this will definitely add to the re-sale of the house. We'll have more windows to replace in the future and due to the service and the professionalism of their staff we will most likely be a repeat customer. Respectfully, Steve and Laurie.

Very exceptional service. Jayden answered every question I had before starting and whatever he didn't know about he got the answer very quickly. Alex and his team were awesome. They are very organized and efficient. All are very good workers and go out of there way to do the best job possible and don't stop until the customer is happy. Thanks so much guys!

We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and customer service from Jayden and the team at Legacy Windows! The whole process from the initial consultation to the actual installation was seamless. The installers were professional, courteous, and incredibly fast. Even though we had a mix-up with the type of glass we wanted for our bathroom, Jayden did not hesitate to rectify the situation. We would highly recommend Legacy Windows to our family, friends and neighbors!

We had 11 windows replaced in our home. Jayden and Alex were great communicators and very professional. They painted the window trims before installing and even gave us some design tips. They took great care in our home both with their work and keeping things clean. They had to put up with our dog who was eying their lunch! I would highly recommend this very professional hard working group.
