    Window installation

    I can't say enough about the professionalism and skill of the Legacy team; Alex and Jayden in particular. From start to finish they provided excellent service, quality product and skilled follow up with problems they encountered along the way. We replaced all the windows in our new home and found rot in some of the supporting structures. The Legacy team did most of the repairs themselves, at a reasonable cost. If we had hired a lesser company the stress and overal cost likely would have been much higher. Highly recommended.

    Exterior siding, windows and doors

    We needed to replace our aluminum double pane windows from the 80's, along with our aged vinyl siding and front entry doors. Jayden and Alex provided excellent service before, and during the renovation. They presented many options to us for each portion of our project. In the end, we decided on Milgard windows, Masonite fiberglass front entry system, and Hardy board siding. As well, they applied an updated exterior window sill treatment, and even applied that to existing windows not included in the replacement. We had some issues pop up during the process, and they recommended appropriate contractors to handle those (fascia) that proved very good as well. We would have scored them even higher had it not been for the finishing of the entry system. It comes as raw fiberglass, and had we been given the option, would have preferred it be stained prior to install so that we would not have to wait for the weather to have it done on site. It currently sits unfinished awaiting spring. This is a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality of the service and products. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy.

    Replaced 9 windows on our 1970's two story home.

    Jayden at Legacy was recommended to us by a friend who used to install windows himself. We therefore valued the recommendation highly. From the initial contact with Jayden, the followup visit to do final detailed measurements and finally installation day, everything went very smoothly. The communication with Jayden at every step of the process was outstanding. The installation crew worked very fast and professionally. They respected our home and cleaned up inside and outside when the job was done. Final install for nine windows was done in one day, which we greatly appreciated. All of the installers were hard working and polite. The windows look fantastic.

    New windows and slider door

    We recently had Legacy replace all of the windows and a slider door in our home. We were very impressed from the get go. Jayden called within a day of my inquiry via the homestars website and was quick to respond from there on. We couldn’t have asked for better communication. All of the team that visited our home were very professional, respected our home and left it clean and tidy at the end of each day. The install was impeccable. The price was competitive, but we chose Legacy over others for more than that. We had a couple of challenging non-standard windows in our 1970’s house and they embraced the challenge with various options and solutions and worked on these until we were 100% happy with the outcome. Their attention to detail was top notch. Overall, we are very happy with the windows and we would not hesitate to recommend.

    Windows Installation for our home

    We requested three quotes and went with Legacy Windows. We based our decision on service, quality and ability to work within our budget. Jayden and his team went above and beyond expectations. The windows they installed and installation process are high quality, we are very happy with the windows. His whole team is professional and they care about their customers. We highly recommend them.

    Replaced Our Vinyl Siding

    Thanks to Legacy / Jayden for doing such a great job on our siding replacement in our back yard reno. We did a major renovation in our back yard and we were looking at just patching the siding but due to complications we ended up replacing the siding with a newer vinyl and with Jayden's help we picked a beautiful color that matches our reno finishes perfectly. We also had legacy trim out the windows with a rough cedar board and they knotched it so the siding trim slipped into it and ends end being hidden. The install team were quick and proffessional and did a great job. I would have no problem recommending Legacy to anyone needing the same service. Thank's again Jayden.

    New window installation

    Jayden from Legacy Windows provided excellent customer service throughout the purchase and installation process and even personally followed up once the installation was complete. We received great advice on a high quality custom window at a good price.

    new door and frame work

    Exterior Siding Renovation

    We just had Legacy re-do the siding on the exterior of our home, and it was one of the most professional and cooperative re-model experiences we have had. To note, we re-did our bathrooms 5 years ago, and our kitchen 3 years ago, and have had numerous other improvements made, so we have some experience with renovations. Jayden, the principal, was highly involved from the outset; coming to our home to measure and discuss options, being available 7 days a week to answer questions, and reacting, without hesitation, to correct any identified issues. The guys that did the work were pleasant, professional, and respectful. The final outcome is that we have a like new home with beautiful siding. Our only regret is that we employed legacy to do the siding and door, and did not use them for the windows! We would without hesitation recommend Legacy to anyone looking to re-do their exterior.
