    Windows, Door Replacement and Skylight

    We are extremely happy and impressed with our 18 new windows, one sliding patio door replacement and skylight. They are energy efficient, beautiful, have sealed out many noises from the outside and gave our house more curb appeal. Legacy provided excellent product and service with great workmanship and professionalism at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend Legacy to our friends and would not hesitate to get their services again. We received quotes from 6 window companies. One company even used high pressure tactics for us to sign in order to get the best price. Legacy and its team of dedicated employees takes pride in their work. Kyle and Bert are so friendly. Kyle is so knowledgeable, patient and took the time to listen to what we wanted, brought samples, presented their products, answered our questions without us feeling the pressure to buy or close the contract that same day. Alex did the final measurement and was also open to answering our questions. Carlie provided constant updates as to the project timeline. The installation crew of Nick, Cody and Matt (Mica & Josh 1st day only) were very skilled, hardworking, reliable, respectful and tried very hard to work around our schedules for minimum disruption as 5 of us work from home. From beginning to end, from sales presentation/project proposal to installation, my husband and I can only speak highly of Legacy and the best experience we had.

    The most helpful, honest service

    Bert from Legacy Windows came to give us a quote on replacing our heritage windows and was extremely helpful in exploring the options and going through the considerations on which windows to replace. Unfortunately we came to the realization that we could not afford to replace all the windows we wanted, as we had other updates that took precedence. If we come to a time when we can afford to replace the windows, we will certainly come back to Legacy Windows for their honesty, professionalism, helpfulness and unparalleled customer care.

    New front door and window panel for townhouse unit

    I first contacted legacy after I saw them install a new door nearby in my complex. The sales team was good about making contact quickly and calling back at appropriate times. They talked me thru the door design I had seen (including matching previously approved colour for my strata requirement) and some small changes ages such as a different window panel. The door was ordered, a fiberglass midrange design, and the deposit easy to pay. It was almost exactly the length of time they anticipated and the door install was scheduled. The install team was courteous and communicative, and thorough. The old door was disposed of and the site cleaned up by the end of the day.

    Windows & Front Door Renovation

    We are so pleased with the entire team at Legacy Windows; Kyle in particular, who listened patiently and offered suggestions that suited our needs. We had a big project of replacing all of the windows in our home, as well as the front door and glass panels above the door. The entire team from sales to installation were professional, personable and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs window replacements. Our new windows and door have brightened our home.

    Window Replacement

    All south facing windows needed replacement due to condensation from broken seals. Researched local companies and Legacy Windows and Doors had excellent reviews. Contracted with them for the job and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Legacy Windows & Doors.

    window replacement

    Legacy is a professional, dedicated, responsive, and friendly team. We asked many companies for quotes and we chose Legacy because of their wonderful reviews on google, homestar, and the best windows sales person on the market - Kyle. Carlie took care of the order processing and scheduling. Then the installation team, led by Trevor, showed up on time and finished the work smoothly. Alex came by to check the work after its done. We are dealing with a lot of contractors during renovation. Many of them gave us headaches, but not Legacy. We had a nice break when they were on site for a week. If you need new windows, look no further!

    House in Port Moody

    Window replacement

    They went above and beyond. Their employees worked in a small area to replace my disabled son's bedroom window so we didn't have to dismantle his work space. Their quote was accurate, they finished the job in the quoted time and their work professional. Other than the beautiful new windows you would never have known they were here as they cleaned up their work space inside and out. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

    Windows and Doors

    Enjoyed working with Legacy and their team. Kyle provided an excellent service helping us choose our windows and doors. The installation team were friendly and the same people each day which is helpful. Both Kyle and Carlie are quick to respond and patient with my questions. Thank you everyone!

    Entire House window and Door Replacement

    We started out renovating our upstairs and after a few quotes decided to go with Legacy. They came and measured, suggested a new window (probably best decision we made) and walked us through all the options. The guys who came and did the install were very professional, efficient and meticulous! So when it came to our huge downstairs reno, we didn’t think twice about hiring legacy for our windows and massive 12ft bi-fold sliding door. In this case our contractor did the install of the windows and legacy provided delivery (and install of the big door) . They clearly communicated timelines and delivery was easy. The install of the bi-fold door was easy and it looks amazing! We have replaced every window/door in our house, but if I could use them again I would!
