After deciding it was time to replace the windows in our home, we asked a friend for the name of a trustworthy company who could do a great job. Our first contact with Legacy Windows and Doors was through a consultation with Bert, who came to our home, did a complete inspection, and then sat down and thoroughly discussed various window options with us. Bert is an extremely friendly and customer driven individual who went to great lengths to make us feel very comfortable with all phases of the process. We were in contact often, with Bert giving us many follow up phone-calls and e mails to check if there were any questions throughout the estimate, ordering, or pre delivery stages. We live in a remote location, so we were expecting possible delays and problems, but were delighted to have the Legacy team arrive at our doorstep exactly when they said they would, completely organized, with high quality equipment to complete all of the work on our home. The 5 member team, after introducing themselves, were set up, and working within minutes. They worked quietly and very efficiently, all the time taking meticulous care of our home as they did so. They removed and replaced 20 windows and 3 large sliders. Because of our location, the guys stayed in our home for two nights, and treated our home, and my wife and myself, with the utmost respect. The new glass surfaces were all cleaned and polished, and the team cleaned every area of our home and driveway, prior to leaving! Our next-door neighbour told us a few days later, that he couldnt believe how nice it was to hear, and see how the team worked, as they moved around the outside of the house. He too was impressed by their expertise and friendly nature. I cant say enough about how impressed we are, through the entire process, with Legacy Windows. It is extremely easy to see that they have gone way beyond the normal operations of a company in choosing quality team members, and we are thrilled with the installation of our beautiful new windows.
The new windows have transformed the inside of our home, with the heat reduction seen with the low E glass and we couldnt be happier with them, but what is impressing us more, however, is our experience with Legacy Windows.
