    clothes dryer repair

    I have used this company for years to repair my appliances. They are great, come within 24 hours and so far always have been able to get parts even for older appliances. Thanks to them my dryer from 2001 is still running and I expect many more years from it. A much better alternative than buying an extended warranty on an appliance. In fact, General Appliance was able to fix my dishwasher when the repairman from the extended warranty company wanted me to buy a new dishwasher.

    Washer was leaking

    Roy came to inspect the washer and waited for a whole cycle to complete. Turns out, no leak appeared! Kind of like making an appointment with the doctor and suddenly feeling a lot better. Anyway, Roy gave me some important tips that will help me avoid overflow in the future. I will call him again if the problem recurs.

    Dishwasher repair

    A choice between a new dishwasher or a repair. I wanted an honest assessment of my options and I got it. I chose the repair. It was quick and affordable. Service was friendly and honest. Thanks!

    Washing machine repair

    Washing machine started to make noise I assumed was motor. New Years Eve day on a Saturday, didn't want to wait to Monday to get through family laundry. Called Roy who came out within a couple of hours, didn't charge extra for Saturday on New Years Eve and fixed the problem of clogged water pump/drain right away. Lollypop stick jammed in impeller making noise I thought was motor and various other kid's junk cleaned out. Courteous, helpful, showed me a few tips for maintenance and was very friendly. Highly recommend, will use again.

    Repair Clothes Dryer

    The motor on our clothes dryer needed to be replaced. Roy was very punctual and courteous. He was very thorough and professional. He worked late into the night to get the dryer working quickly for us. (I did not personally pay for this work and I do not know the cost.)

    He is professional and explained everything before working. He fixed my fridge and stove. He did a great job and finished on time.

    Excellent Appliance Repair and Service

    My mom found Roy about 8 years ago to help with some rental unit repairs. I have used him for home appliance (washer, dryer, etc) and rental unit repair for a few years, with increasing confidence in his service level. This year I asked him to help with commercial equipment service this year (fridges) and he was knowledgeable and affordable and prompt. He accommodates to your schedule. 100% recommend him.
