    Fixed water leak in our home washing machine (laundry)

    Roy was great! He found out the cause of the issue very fast - under 15 mins! He walked me through our options and next steps then promptly ordered the new part. He was able to track down the required part and had it shipped next day! As soon as the part arrived, Roy called to setup a time to install the fix! Quality and honesty- 100% would recommend Roy to family and friends! Thanks!

    LG washing machine

    Found the problem quickly. Showed up early of the specified time. I prefer early than late! Roy came back and fixed the washing machine quickly and it works great! I will definitely call Roy again when I need repairs.

    Washing machine leak repair

    Very professional and well executed. Roy came first for an inspection, and then to replace the seal. He was very forthcoming with sharing tips and advice on how to extend its life the next time around.

    Dryer/washer diagnostic-find and fix issue.

    Roy was very friendly and informative when explaining how the washer actually works and that what I thought was an issue actually turned out not to be. The dryer motor was blocked because of (my) human error. Roy was. Wet helpful. Thanks.

    Appliances installation

    I just bought a new house in London. So I need to install all the appliances in my house. I called Better General Appliance and Services to install them for me. Roy, the service guy , came in next day and done all the jobs. He did really excellent job. I recommend you should call Better General Appliance and Services if you need to service on your appliances.

    Appliance repair

    My first encounter with Roy was in 2006. He was prompt at returning my call and scheduling an appointment. Roy arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, only fixing what was necessary. I truly appreciated his honesty. I was so pleased with the work that I continue to use Roy whenever I have an appliance issue and have comfortably refererrd him to my friends. The reference to "Approximate Cost" below included parts.

    AC and Dryer Repair

    I was very happy with the service. Roy came to fix my AC and laundry dryer. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He patiently took time to explain everything to me and tell me how to regularly maintain the appliances. Upon request, he also checked my stove and fridge, and he's very kind to explain how those minor issues occur and what I can do to address them on my own without having to spend money on major repairs. I will definitely call him again in the future when I need his service, and will recommend him to all my friends

    Maytag Stove oven door locked

    The upper oven door of my nearly 10 year old Maytag Gemini electric stove got locked with an error code F-9-2. I could not open it myself despite disconnecting power and restarting. So I made the call to Roy who was able to come in the evening (my preferred hour) on short notice. Roy was able to fix the issue quickly and provided suggestions to avoid this issue in future. I was surprised to receive a followup call after a week asking if every thing was working alright. Not many trades people check back to see if their customers are satisfied.
