tech went to my house to fix a dishwasher that wasnt draining. he was very nice and professional and explained his work. had to wait for and hour for him but he fixed dishwasher in about an hour. i epould recommend repairecare

My Samsung fridge stopped cooling n all my foood were getting spoiled. My neighbor recommended this appliances service called repaircare. Thanks to my frnd n repaircare. My fridge got fixed very same day with reasonable price. Technician bob is very professional n instruct me the standard cleaning n maintenance which a non tech lay person can do to prolong the life of fridge.

Appliances LG fridge Isssue: not cooling My food started getting spoiled recently becuz of bad temperature control system of my lg fridge. I googled for applaince repair company, repaircare got good reviews so i contact them for servicing. Tech was scheduled the very same day n tech bob diagnosed n fixed my cooling issue without any parts. I m very happy with their service. Highly recommendable!

We had no cold water in our washing machine and a technician came out, checked it and said we need a new valve. When the tech came back for the 2nd service, he installed the valve and there was still no cold water. He told us to get a plumber. After we paid $450 we changed the washer hose on our own and fixed the problem. We did not need a plumber or a new valve. The tech was not very knowledgeable

Technician on his third visit and dryer still not working. Parent company RepairCare did not take responsibility to resolve the issue after two phone calls. On the third I had to threaten to visit the office in person before they connected me to a more responsible individual.

Issue: Dish washer not cleaning properly. Tech Bob did a good job with my miele dishwasher problem n fixed it in one visit. Got peace of mind. Charged 200 dollars inclusive of parts
