I had a whirlpool front load washer that would fill up with water occasionally without the machine being on. On two occasions it caused a minor flood as I had the front door open.

The service representative came promptly 4 hours after I mde the initial call and diagnosed the problem , qouted the cost for trepaie and suggested the part would be available in two days.....which it was.....on his return the part was installed quickly and the whole job was completed in less than one hour.

F05 Error Code on Whirlpool Washer

This company is honest, fast, pleasant to deal with and cares about their customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, they were recommended to me, by a friend who had a really good experience in past. Here is my story. I spoke with Kevin at RepairCare and explained the F05 error code and the part that I thought needed replacement (a temperature gauge inside washer) after doing some google searching. I requested for this part to be available at first service call to save time on return visits. Oleg, the repair technician, arrived with the right part but found that in addition to a new thermistor, the appliance also needed 2 new main controls (on back order) at a cost of approximately $600. He was very straightforward and honest in the diagnosis and quote. This washer is only 14 months old and my experience in trying to get Whirlpool to look after it is quite a different story since it is 2 months out of warranty now (case still in process). Regardless, this degree of repair should NOT be required on a 14 month old appliance. I asked Oleg to recommend a better brand of washer since at that point it made more sense to replace the washer than to order the parts and repair it, given the timing and cost. He agreed and recommended some brands (Samsung, LG, GE) and advised that the cost of the service call would be significantly reduced given that a repair was not possible during the service call, nor a viable solution as the appliance itself could well just be a lemon. Again, I am very happy with the honesty and service I received from RepairCare. Highly recommend them.

    Fridge

I paid for the service to fix my fridge and they have no record of it and therefore they tell me its on me to prove that I paid them for the service. Really!!!! If I don't prove it they are going to send me to a collection agency, but I paid it. They have very bad accounting practices at this business!!! I have never had another company tell me this , usually if they screwed up they would appolzige and ask me for the receipt. Not this company!!! Actually I do have the invoice and on my invoice it says Paid with card. I also told your agent that I was not that computer savy so if there was some other way but apparently the computer is the only way you people communicate and she was rude and hung up on me. Not impressed, she did not try very hard to solve this problem that I did not create your company created this problem, because I have my invoice and my receipt if you care to make an appointment with me I could show you that I paid. I would also like to know what happened to the money that my credit card company paid you, if you have any kind of accounting process it would show up as a credit. You should not be threating people to take them to a collection agency when its your company that does not have a receipt. I have all my correct paper work to prove that I did pay it.

    Answer from pro:

Thank you for editing the review. Actually I was beside the agent while she talked to you. she was not rude and really tried hard to help you. We are still willing to help you to get it resolved. We have paid the technician all his money and it looks like we were not paid by you. If you think that you paid us or have any proof please call the customer service and they will be happy to help you resolve the issue. We are looking for happy clients and not looking to have problems with anyone. From the other side if we will not collect money for jobs, we will close our business. I hope it makes sense.
