Siding Repair
Heavy winds damaged and pulled off some of our siding. We called Local Renos right away, and they had someone out the next day to look at the damage, and had it fully repaired a day later. Matt and his crew provide amazing service! Very reliable and courteous. I know we will be calling them again for future renovation work in the house. Thanks guys!

Bathroom, baseboards.

Outdoor face lift
From start to finish I can't say enough about the craftsmanship Local Renovations has done. The job started when promised, the work completed was impeccable, and they always kept me in the loop. You can see that they take pride in their work and it shows.

Maple Railing To Meet Building Code
On budget, on time, with excellent customer service! As I had new tenants moving into the property timing could have been issue, but thankfully with Matts help that wasn't the case.

New Opening - Exterior Door, Stairs And Laundry Room Cabinets

It's not often when a contractor comes to give you a quote and a timeline and does exactly what they said they would do. These are true professionals. They were a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the result.

Flooring And Kitchen Backsplash
I was very pleased with the work performed by Legacy Renovations, and wouldn't think twice before recommending them to a friend or family member. The job was done according to specifications, on time and on budget. Great customer service from start to finish, and willing to work around my hefty schedule. I will surely use this company again for future renovation projects.

Kitchen Plumbing and Fireplace Repair
I hired Legacy Renovations to fix a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I also asked if they could look at an issue with my fireplace, which I had not given them notice about. I was very impressed with their efficiency and willingness to look at the other issue with no hesitation. Matt and his plumber, Cody, were both very professional and I highly recommend both!
