    Entrance Door And Exterior Lights

    Legacy Renovations was wonderful to work with from the time they came to our home to give us an estimate to the completion of the project. They where on time, they where clean and there workmanship was outstanding. Another important fact was they completed the project on time. I would definitely recommend Legacy Renovations and will be using them again.

    Mals Reno

    Legacy Renovations and Developments installed our six upstairs windows. Two of the front windows have pillars right next to the windows on both sides. Both windows were installed without removing the pillars. Minimum pillar pieces were removed in order to install both windows. Also replaced rotten pillar pieces. Excellent work. They have very reasonable price for the quality of work they do. Thanks Harjit Dhami for referring Legacy Renovations for replacing our windows. Similarly great workmanship skills can be seen on other four windows which our blind installer also noticed. We were so impressed with their work we also got our front deck stairs and kitchen exhaust fan repair done from them. They cleaned the mess from the old windows throughout the day and did a final thorough cleaning before they were done for the day. The window frame and glass were 100% clean after the work was done. All the garbage from old windows was taken to the dump at their expense. They were very happy to work with my budget and will replace my main floor windows next year in April.

    Kims Door

    I not only had a quote from legacy renovations but also got one from another leading company in the industry. Legacy was The lower quote. They meet and Exceeded all expectations in customer service and quality of work!! I would recommend them to anyone!

    Roofing/shingles

    Both Matt L. and Matt T. provided their expert opinions while allowing me to make the final choice based on what we had talked about. We went with a Euroshield rubber roofing product that I had been interested in for quite some time. Even when the manufacturer had delays on their end of things, Matt L. made sure to keep me in the communication loop making sure I wasn't left wondering. After the material showed up it was a quick and easy process with their roofer Morgan Thiemann. All said and done, the final product looks great and it will last a lifetime.

    window installation

    Matt & Matt replaced my windows exactly the way they said they would do . The work was clean and professional. They cleaned the work area after each window install. They gave us valuable advise for the future upgrades to our home. They hauled my old windows to dump at a very reasonable price and adjusted couple of doors without any charge .I will recommend there name to my friends and colleagues without hesitation.     Basement Egress Windows

    The guys were really professional and genuinely nice guys. The take pride in their work and wanted to leave the windows and wells absolutely perfect. They are very transparent about costs and cost break down, which can help you save a little money for certain things. Overall we are very pleased with this company and would recommend them.

    Large residential window install

    The guys were professional and met all their time and cost estimates. The window was finished professionally both on the interior and the exterior and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Door install, change outside water taps, repair siding

    A + service. I was extremely happy with the service from an honest quote, to setting up a install date that worked with my schedule to the installation. Legacy Renovations takes pride in the work they do and it shows in the final results.

    Entry door installation

    From start to finish honesty, a fair price and great attention to detail. The door was provided by myself and required adjustments to the opening which they did to a high quality standard. They explained what they did and showed me before they closed up the wall. The job took more time than they initially thought but the quoted price was honoured. I chose to provide a gratuity which is something I do not do regularly. That's how impressed I was with their work. When your dealing with contractors integrity and quality of work is the most important thing to me. Legacy Renovations and Developments exceeded my expectations in all areas that matters and I highly recommend their services.

    Remove shake roof, replace with new underlayment and Asphalt shingles.

    Matt and Matt were great to work with. They always kept me informed as to what was going to happen. The guys did a great job. They were very polite. Worked fast and cleaned everything up as they went. Never did they leave with a mess out side my house. It didn't hurt they were all easy on the eyes! :)
