I appreciate how quick Central was in addressing its customers. I called their hotline to apply for an A/C installation, and they connected me to a technician within minutes. The technician arrived as scheduled, and kept to the time and cost estimate, which made for easier billing. Thanks for a smooth transaction!

When I had A/C problems, other technical centers would solve the problem fast, but kept returning for back jobs. But Central clearly knows their stuff. Their technicians do a thorough analysis of my unit - even outside of the issue I’m complaining about. They also bring a complete set of spare parts so they can fix whatever issues in one visit. Summer in Vancouver is unbearable, so my family decided early on that we would invest in an air-conditioning unit. Friends would tell me that it was such a wasteful investment since air-conditioning was so hard to maintain. But because I found Central, I have no regrets.

I had to add refrigerant to the conditioning system. Everything was smooth, the appointment was taken on the phone, the tech arrived on time, did his job, no problem. However, some days later, I found that the unit was low on its refrigerant again. I couldn't understand why, but Joe - that I called at once - said it could be because of a leak. He came the following day, found the leak, and fixed it. He added new refrigerant and now the system is working fine. I'm very happy with the overall service Central was able to provide, and even that Joe was ready to come a second time at the house with the same courtesy and patience.

Central replaced a 12 years old Carrier AC unit with a new one (same brand). The communication with the techs was excellent, I was offered various options and could take some time to let them know my decision. Once the agreements were taken they were in charge of all details, calling me when they had received the unit and were ready for the installation. The quote has been fully respected with no bad surprises, and the job they did with the installation was excellent. They are easy to speak with and always ready to help. Not once I was left with no answer to my needs or I had to wait to be able to talk with a technician or another team member. Excellent service.

I explained my issue with my AC unit on the phone and Bryan was already capable of making a clear idea on how to fix it. COURTESY: great. Bryan was friendly and polite. PAPERWORK: also great. I didn't have to solicit the company. They sent the invoice straight away.

Both the person who took care of the paperwork and communication and the technician who came to the house were friendly and professional. The advice they gave was excellent and helped me figure out how to configure the AC system in my office. I already agreed on another installation with them (for a smaller AC system in my house). I spoke about this with the tech while he was making the installation and he was able to give any information I needed. Again, friendly but highly knowledgeable and professional.

I got in touch with Central last week when my air conditioner stopped working. In particular, the fans had stopped spinning. Mike came on time after I had fixed an appointment on the phone. He soon diagnosed a problem with some electric circuits that he was able to restore. I was particularly happy that he spent some time explaining how I could avoid the problem in the future with regular maintenance: some I could do on my own, some would need the intervention of an expert. He didn't push me to hire Central for maintenance, or anything. His was only honest advice. In fact, I phoned Central two days ago and asked for their rates for a regular maintenance agreement and contract. I'm happy with their offer and I'd recommend the company to others.

I had a massive leak from my York conditioner (luckily it was outside the house) and called Central in panic. I thought my unit was broken and I had to replace it. Instead, they were honest enough to check the system and find clogged drains that were causing the leak. The problem happened because of a humid environment and condensate drains. Mike and Joe were able to put a remedy to the problem and the unit can work fine now. We took agreement for a check of the system in 4 months to prevent the leak from happening again.
