    Thanks Central and Professional Team

    Joe was able to understand what was wrong with our boiler by the picture I sent him. The little display was showing something odd, but it had to make sense for him because he came some hours later and already knew how to fix the problem. I like how he explains everything he is doing including the prices for the replacement parts he is using

    Recommended them

    When my furnace began making a terrible noise I thought it was broken. Instead, Joe, the technician sent by Central, just replaced a small piece called "grommet". I was surprised of finding out it wasn't a big issue and we weren't required a big expense.

    Central Commercial was quite professional, love their service and behavior!

    My experience with Central has been excellent. 1) They always answer the phone or call back when they miss your call 2) they are very accommodating when it comes to set appointments 3) technicians are always on time or they call if they have some reason to be late (it happened once, and I appreciated the call!) 4) they do regular maintenance and they are also available for emergencies.

    Amazing service, my heating system is fully fit. Thank Central

    I'm very happy with my new Rheem furnace installation. Central is easy to work with: they are responsive and quick in providing a clear quote. The installation went fine, there were no bad surprises with the price, and Mark and Joe did a great job. The furnace hasn't given any problem so far and I'm very happy with the quality of their work and customer support.

    3. Why do furnaces always stop working on weekends when - almost - no one is available? I must have called 5 furnace repair services before Central. None of them could come to the house during the weekend: we had no hot water and no heating because our Goodman furnace was refusing to stay on. Luckily enough, Central was available and sent a technician, Mike. The person on the phone just said that he would arrive as soon as he could, which was a couple of hours later. The furnace had a broken thermostat that Mike was able to replace on the spot. This was an awesome service that Central was able to provide: they were also highly responsive. They didn't care that it was the weekend, they understood the situation and send someone: great workers.

    2. Central is an awesome team! They actually work as a team. Let me explain: I wrote them an email. They called back through the phone number I had provided and asked for details on the issue I was having (my furnace turned off on its own after some minutes any time I used hot water). The person on the phone contacted the technician and explain the problem. Mark came to the house already aware of the issue and equipped with everything he needed to fix the furnace. This is well-made teamwork and I also had to explain the issue 1 time on the phone. During the same phone call, the appointment was also taken. They also left me all their phone contacts so that next time, if I need their intervention for an emergency, I can cut off time by calling them directly. They are also nice and polite! I didn't expect such a great service.

    Most popular

    I suspected the thermostat of my Carrier furnace was broken and called Central. It was freezing cold and they came the same day of the first call with a new thermostat. They first checked that that was actually the problem and then replaced it. Mike and Joe were polite, clean, quick, and they know their job. Highly recommended.

    Premium Customer Service

    As a landlord, I depend on Joe and his team to manage all the air-conditioning units in my apartment complex. He keeps track of all our units’ preventive maintenance needs, and swings by for emergency repairs. Repairs are done within 1-2 days, and he is transparent in providing me with the appropriate reports detailing the work needed and results. But what is most remarkable about Joe is how he keeps a cool head across my many tenants - I’ve seen how some can get really cranky when the A/C doesn’t go their way. With him and his team, I’m confident we’re in good hands.

    Absoluteoly Recommended!

    Grandma had a recurring leak in her air-conditioning vent. We’d use buckets to catch the leaks - but it would overflow to the point that we worried she would slip while walking in the middle of the night. We decided enough was enough and gave Joe a call. He was able to stem the leak in a day, and it hasn’t acted up since. Thanks Joe!

    Top Class AC Installing & Repairing Service Provider

    I decided to upgrade my home office’s air-conditioning unit because I spent so much time there. I bought a cheap one online, but after two weeks, the condenser was shot. I got in touch with Central after that. Joe conducted a free estimate, and recommended some A/C units given the size of my place and my average energy consumption. Once I made up my mind, he wasted no time and had them set up the next week. Work from home has never felt this good.
