I contacted Ash on short notice and he made arrangements to come the next day (Saturday) since he knew we had been making due without hot water for over a week. The install went by without a hitch. Raj and Lovepreet (Ash's crew) were very friendly and patient with me as I tried to walk through some other plumbing issues in the house. Absolutely no concerns with hiring them again.

I ended up getting a Rinnai RU180 from Fair Deal Heating and AC. I had a tank that finally finished it's contracted date so I didn't hesitate after reading reviews on homestars and RFD to purchase one outright. For my family, tankless was the best option and as everyone here as mentioned Fair Deal Heating and AC was great from answering questions to getting the job done. The team was very professional and took good care of the area they were working in with rolled out carpets (my basement floor is finished) I would definitely recommend Ash and his team

I got a Lennox furnace installed by Fair Deal last week to replace my 14 year old Carrier and am happy with the install. Ash was easy to deal with and as the other reviews have mentioned, he is patient with questions and takes the time to explain things. He's easy to reach as well. Some notables were: * Installers used drop cloths on stairs and hallway * Swept up after the job, didn't leave any odds/ends laying around and basically left the furnace room cleaner than before the job * Took the time to clean the floor drain as the holes were getting clogged by gunk build up * Piping looks clean and well done * Installers were professional and soft spoken The installers found that my A/C A-coil was improperly sized for my system and suggested possible solutions, which I will be considering. The job took about 4.5 hours from arrival to departure, and the pricing was competitive amongst the quotes that I got, definitely lives up to the company name :) Great job overall and I would go with them again for future work.

Highly recommend Ash and his team for any heating and cooling needs. He was able to provide good advice on suitable equipment, and offer a better price than other companies. His team did a great job removing old equipment and installing new ones, and cleaned up. The service was timely, and communication was very good. I feel very satisfied and got great value.

My dad's furance (12 years old) got red tagged by the technician at ******** during their annual maintenance check last Friday morning. My dad mentioned first time he sees a very minor water leak and the guy immediately said its cracked heat exchanger and MUST be redtagged. I dont think they even tested carbon monoxide level at all ! Seemed like they are using their scarce tactics to try to get the senior to buy a brand new unit from them at inflated price. Reached out to Ash and he replied back within 30mins, with a very reasonable quote for both furnace and A/C (given the AC went dead late last year, so change both). Placed the deposit and Ash's crew came to install on the Sunday ! Gave his crew the cheque for the full amount even tho the AC work is not 100% done and required a second visit (cuz they squeezed in on a Sunday afternoon to install the furnace so my dad can have heat back ASAP). Ash did not cash the cheque and said will only do so once all the works are done and we happy with it. Amazing guy with 100% integrity. His crew did a fantastic job, and Ash even did all the online registration on my dad's behalf so my dad does not have to do it himself ! Overall, very happy with Ash's fast response and professional attitude. He will listen and not just try to sell you something that makes him more $$. Last year, Ash was one of the few companies willing to entertain installing a humidifier in our utility room. Many other companies didn't respond, said it was impossible, or tried to upsell us on a more expensive humidifier before they would come. He was able to install and then also promptly came a few months later to replace the humidstat free of charge when it stopped working. So naturally this year when our HWT started to die, he was one of the first people we contacted. Ash was able to come that weekend to inspect the area and provided recommendations. He even spoke to the manufacturer of the water heaters to get their input on the most ideal unit and ended up suggesting a regular tankless unit for our house instead of the much more expensive combi-boilers that other companies defaulted to as the only option. We were then able to book an install later that week, the installers were friendly and professional, cleaned up afterwards, and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ash and Fair Deal Heating, they certainly live up to their name!

Ash and his team were great, they quickly identified the issue with my furnace and provided me with options within my budget to fix my heating issue. With temperatures below freezing and a newborn, they were able to dispatch a team the next day to make the repairs. The Job was completed quickly and cleanly. They even went above and beyond my expectations zip tying loose wires and leaving the furnace room in way better shape that it started. I would without a doubt recommend Ash and his team for any HVAC repairs.

Just wanted to leave another positive review for Ash and his crew. My water heater wouldn't start Friday night (ignition failure) and I saw that it was rusting and had a small leak. Figured it was a good time toe replace it. I contacted a couple of companies; one that I used previously (no longer doing residential work), and a few referred to me by friends (none of them got back to me). I found Ash referred on rfd, and I thought I would reach out. He replied to me almost immediately, answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I did get one other quote, but I decided to go with Ash based on the feedback I read, and that I was getting a better unit for a little bit less. His crew came by today and the replacement went smoothly. They answered all my questions during the install as well (I like to know exactly what's going on, step by step) and I asked about some other work I needed done. Definitely recommend him if you're looking for a new unit.

I was referred to Ashwani by a friend, he came to inspect the premises and gave me a competitive quote, this is back in summer of 2021. I got my Ac and furnace replaced at that time. Everything has been good for last 1.5 years. Recently I got my water heater replaced as well, cause I did not want to be on rental anymore. His team is professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend his company to everyone.
