Tornado replaced the existing 100 year-old clay pipe floor drains and rerouted new PVC pipes inside the basement and outside, replaced the lead pipe water service outside the house, waterproofed the interior basement walls with delta membrane, installed French Drain, Sump Pump, and Back - Flow Valve, poured a new concrete floor, replaced all water lines in basement and moved them to the bulkhead along the side wall, and roughed in all new plumbing for a laundry, washroom and kitchenette. From first contact with Serhiy, we felt good about going with Tornado for our waterproofing and renovation project. He replied to emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, and even came out again after our initial meeting to provide us with a more detailed description of the work and answer questions about the job. Work progressed as promised, according to schedule, with Boris and team going above and beyond on many occasions. They moved our washer, dryer, up and down stairs, coordinated with other companies when they were both on site, and cleaned up after each job. They ensured we had hot water and access to our washer and dryer throughout the process, without disruption.
